  1. Except that soft plastic part.
  2. Great advice. I'm guessing you've never driven fast enough to skid if something ran in front of your vehicle?
  3. I'll be happy to show you any of my Veritas rods I've had for the last 3 seasons.
  4. Hopefully everything works out and they maintain their same quality; best jig trailer on the market as far as performance and price goes, in my opinion. Good luck!
  5. The original Karu Vibrashock is my favorite and I still have a few that I luckily stocked up on. Bluebasser86 makes a good one too that I've been fishing this year.
  6. I've got a pair too and love them.
  7. Some will disagree but I don't see the point in spending over $100 on a spinning reel. Search reviews for the Pflueger President and you'll find lots of positive reviews and the reels are $50 - $60. I've got 4 of them and have used them in both open and hard water for the last 5 years with simple yearly maintenance with ZERO issues. No matter what reel you buy, make sure to manually flip the bail before you start to reel. This will help with line twist and lots of those tangles you run into.
  8. So if the fish want a slower action, is the Pit Boss better? Excited to get my hands on these but I'm sure my Craws will hold me over until then.
  9. Bass Team Tackle; 'nuff said.
  10. Chatterbait or I'm staying home.
  11. My favorites in order: Storm Subwart LC RC 1.5 Bomber Fat Free Fry KVD 1.5
  12. I don't trust anybody enough to let them blindfold me.... For anything.
  13. If you ever want a good idea of what baits are selling, check out the "Top Sellers" section on Tackle Warehouse. The Zoom Brush Hog, Havoc Pitboss and the Biffle Bug are on there now. I do believe the Brush Hog has gotten some run on this thread.
  14. This topic has been discussed at length already; please see FAQ for tips and tricks on Senkos.
  15. Has anyone said the Brush Hog yet? That is my go to soft plastic; I use the baby size if I'm looking for numbers or if I'm on a new lake looking for those first few bites.
  16. It also works when the bass are active. A 4" Zoom Finesse worm in black or green pumpkin is one of my go to baits.
  17. That's where all the Prolite Finesse reels that I lose on eBay auctions are going...
  18. We have strict regs here in Nebraska about paddlefish and you do need a tag, but what is the Monday and Friday deal? Some kind of joke?
  19. Boomerang for this guy. The blades work great and the retractable cord is very handy.
  20. The color looks like, "Slick" but I may be a little off there.
  21. PM me your contact info and I can send you some baits for $0.
  22. Lipless baits for this guy
  23. I had the same issue, nicks in the line, with Yo-Zuri. May have been a bad spool but I've never bought it again. I would imagine any line would be coiling after being left on a reel since November though.
