  1. I'll admit that I don't follow tourneys, but has Timmy Horton had a decent finish in an Elite Series event in recent years?
  2. My 2-Man Bass Buddy doesn't have a livewell, and I don't fish tourneys; how do you weigh/measure them?
  3. Thank you for the tips. How often do you recommend doing this with your average mono or flouro lines?
  4. Is that with shipping? I've yet to spend over $79.99 on a Veritas from a certain seller on a certain auction site.
  5. I'm with Diggy and love the 4". I initially bought the smaller version but think the 4" will be my favorite. This bait is DURABE. Not only after catching fish, but after missing a strike or hitting a stick, the bait doesn't have to be adjusted.
  6. Caught 8 bass on the 4" Sick Fish today Nd it is still going strong
  7. Crawbug for me too. I have used the Rage Craw, but I have so much confidence in the Crawbug, both as a trailer and fished alone on a Texas rig, that I don't feel the need to throw anything else.
  8. Absolutely. I've yet to see a Senko in any lake I've fished, but they sure catch a lot of bass. I don't think this is exclusive to bass, as I've caught crappie, bluegill and catfish on Senkos as well.
  9. That is awesome, good for her and dad for getting her on the lake. He was calm... Too calm. His daughter has a 10 lber on and he didn't even rush to get it. I absolutely cannot stand Martens, but I love that he's getting his kids involved.
  10. I can't wait to try the Havoc Sic Fish and am going to rediscover the Ring Fry. I didn't throw it once last year and it's always been a very productive bait for me. And I have two plastic containers FULL of them.
  11. Zoom for this guy. Affordable and a great color selection. I picked up some Rage Tail to try out this spring, and I'm sure they'll be successful as well.
  12. When you get bit on a spinnerbait, there will be no mistaking it. If you're slow rolling it, sometimes it feels like the blades just quit turning and you feel less resistance, but generally speaking, the strike is a violent one... in my experience anyways
  13. I don't think it took more than 2 weeks to get mine in the mail.
  14. I have 4 reels that Mike should be finishing up soon and I'm excited to get them back, especially since I haven't thrown any of them yet. He's a busy guy this time of year, but I'm sure it will end up being worth the wait.
  15. I like the Bluegill color and the Foxy Shad. At first I thought they were a little pricey, but have been impressed with their durability.
  16. Just bought some Castaic Jerky J's this winter and can't wait to try them out; they look awesome!
  17. Looks like a Wiggle Wart. Some of the pre-Rapala Wiggle Warts go for some serious coin on eBay.
  18. Tubes are the one bait from Zoom that I am not a fan of. I'm a big fan of the Chompers baits; they are compact and plump. Green pumpkin or dark melon pepper ALL DAY....
  19. Just put in an order for 15 jigs; hair jigs, Black Series brush head and the Flip & Swims. Love the Alimony and New Gill colors.
  20. Yup. This product is the only reason I'll go to Cabela's
  21. I've used the Mojo, Compre and the Veritas. Just my opinion, but I have all new Veritases or Veriti now.
  22. I'm currently awaiting 4 I'm awaiting the return of 4 "Winter Acquisition" reels myself, including my Prolite Finesse reel that I won on eBay a few weeks ago.
