  1. Would if I could. Good luck. Hope you guys raise a ton for such a worthy cause!!
  2. Little overarching there don't you think. I'm a liberal and I believe there are winners and losers in everything. You think the kids don't understand winning and losing? I don't think U6 sports need to focus on winning and losing. Those times should be spent teaching the sport, the fundamentals, and sportsmanship. Looking at professional athletics these days it appears the only thing taught to them was win win win and not in the good way. Win at all cost, including unsportsmanlike ways, and then when you win gloat and showboat like you have no sense.
  3. Good point I will stay up to date and on top of this thread. I am sure we can figure something out. I do want to say thank you all for being so supportive.
  4. Thanks Nitro. I will look that up and see what the Ouija board has to say about the finances. Hoping to make it but it's been tough last few years.
  5. Thoughts and prayers to your Dad and your family.
  6. All right we have a date can someone post links to the places near the launch where there is camping and the such. Unfortunately I have no clue of the area so a lot of the names you guys are throwing out are gibberish to me LOL. Thanks in advance.
  7. Welcome. Guess we have to take the Okies too, Lol.
  8. I personally don't recommend any spin cast reels. I would look at a open face spinning reel personally. There are several more options and these combia gave the ability to grow with your talent and expertise. The fact that the face is closed makes it very difficult to do any preventive maintenance, is there a loose loop???? if you want to change the spool you need a wrench and the are generally not as smooth or cast as far as a spinning reel or bait caster. Not to mention the wear and tear on the line due to the guide at the top. I personally have had no luck and lots of birds nests. That said; whatever floats your boat. The only wrong way to fish is not to fish.

  12. Walmart also has site to store for free. You order it from their website and it delivers in your store for free. Much larger selections and it might be something you can talk your parents into.
  13. Nice write up. Love your tow vehicle and chauffeur.
  14. Welcome to the forums.
  15. Thanks for the heads up.
  16. Glenn has several videos on his YouTube channel. I found those to be very useful and educational. That said; Kudos to Ajay way to look out for other members. It is actions like this and the sense of community that keep me on this site.
  17. Welcome. I remember fishing lake of the Ozarks as a kid. Too young to give you any advice but a marveoulous piece of water.
  18. Thanks for the write up. I had forgotten about this. Great detail, thanks.
  19. That's awesome man. Congrats. That's a heck of a first letter!!!
  20. You could always add commentary in post. The make a wide array of USB microphones (ranging from inexpensive to unobtainable) that just plug into your computer allowing you to record your commentary and then lay it in once you edit down your video.
  21. I have dish. Their customer service has been spectacular. I also have 2 boxes (one that powers two TVs independently) all with DVR and our bill is around 100.00. That is with HD, and I believe the Americas top 200 plan. I have enjoyed them thourougly. We haven't lost signal and customer service worked with us a few months ago when we were having financial problems. Thats my opinion anyway
