  1. Calm down bro, they will be gone in a couple if weeks. Great rant though.
  2. Great vid, can't wait for more.
  3. Congrats. That looks like a nice boat.
  4. Welcome to the site.
  5. Originally posted this in the central section and got no response figured I would try here. I am going to be in downtown Milwaukee March 20 - 23. Is it worth it to bring the gear? Won't have much free time ( 2-3 hours in the evening, maybe) curious if I might be able to be put on some fish in that little bit of time or if my gear should just stay home. Also private transportation will probably be non existent as I am riding up with my students. It appears I will be less than a half a mile from Pere Marquette park/ N riverwalk way and the Milwaukee river. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
  6. Nice shots. The lighting is superb.
  7. I'm split on this one. Had good use and luck with both indifferent to which one I buy. That said I did catch my first Muskie on a strike king of course it was an accident but it catches fish.
  8. Another thing to keep in mind is rendering. Once you compile everything together an have it spiffy it's time to make it a movie. This is called rendering. THIS TAKES FOREVER. Again disable any of the passive systems (screen saver, etc) that may run while rending. I have had to start over renders because my work computer auto locks every thirty minutes. Be patient and make sure you have all the time you need to render. I know a lot of guys that hit render and then go to bed. Naturally this time is different based on size of the file and format. Last HD vid I rendered was 10 minutes long and took 30 minutes to render to give you an idea.
  9. Hope everything goes well and you recover quickly. Hopefully the boredom won't kill you either.
  10. Wow. That's pretty amazing, looks like I might have to put that onthe bucket list.
  11. Yes, I deal with this all the time. I purchase a lot of gear for a state university and am constantly losing receipts. Call the customer service, have rough ideas of date and what was purchased and they should be able to assist you. If you have accounts set up through TW, BPS, etc yoi might be able to log in and look at your account history. I still have receipts in my Amazon account from three years ago. The one problem you may face is if they have purged their system. Which happens every so often depending on the company. Glad to hear you all are safe, sorry that things went so bad for you. Hope it gets better.
  12. Thanks. That helps explain a lot as I look into BC in the future. Thank you so much!!
  13. Creatine was specifically what they where using. Which is a PED. Legal as it is. You make good points about baseball, but that is the point I was referring to. They didn't want to test because of the race to the record.
  14. Until we as a society say no more this will continue. In high school football in Alabama the players take supplements. This isn't something that's discussed you just do it. So you get 30 young kids who learn at a critical time that taking supplements to enhance my body is appropriate and not wrong in any sense. Why? So they can win football games for a little Podunk town that most of them won't ever make it out of. We put out athletes on such high pedastals that the only place they can go is down. Remember when Michael Jordan was the laughing stock of the nation for trying to play baseball? Until we lower out expectations how can we expect these athletes to quit doping. Baseball revenues where in a slump then what not one, not two, but three people go chasing the HR record. Funny not a single commentator said anything about the statistical improbability of three people getting that close. We applaud and reward those who succed, those who don't are cast out to ESPN, Fox and the like destined to become annoying commentators. We as a society are just as guilty. We allow this to happen and like the cycling authority turn the other way. P.S. might have broken the soapbox with that rant.
  15. Great job guys. Looks like a fun time.
  16. I have success with the rebel frog-rs while bank fishing. They hang up really bad but are solid (and inexpensive)
  17. I know my wife very well... She likes her beer cold, her food hot, and camping means the ramada inn. She also abhors the bait monkey.
  18. Harbor freight also does online orders. Ridiculously cheap tools. China imports mostly but you should be able to find what you need with shipping for under 20 bucks.
  19. Nice fish. Seems worth the weight. Haha it's a pun!
  20. You can try what I do but I don't recommend it... If you can't afford to feed the monkey he leaves you alone. Of course that means you have to be broke all the time.
