What time of year is good for A-rigs
All year.

Barbless hooks
I fish barbless at a couple different reservoirs because it is mandatory, although if it was a universal law for all the reservoirs I wouldn't be that bothered at all.

Black & Red Jig?
Sshhh... Don't let the cat out of the bag! In all seriousness, I kind of like that fact that not a lot of people throw black and red compared to black and blue because I throw a lot of black and red baits period. Particularly soft plastics.

Hard Baits and Trebles
Yup. Any bait that doesn't come with a decent factory hooks gets these.

Loomis crankbait rods
Shoot, pardon me. I should of clarified that they are the Fiber Blend CBR 845's. I love how they were specifically formulated for crankbait fishing and you can really tell that when fishing them. The power and action are spot on for that application in the shallow to medium range.

Loomis crankbait rods
I have two of the CBR 845's and they are the bees knees...

Bank fishing tackle organization
Back pack with a couple trays with a little bit of this and a little bit of that in them. Some water, snacks and you're good to go. You can always carry extra stuff in your vehicle and re-load if you get on a hot bite with a certain bait.

Your favorite Lures and rigs
Go-to bait for me always has been and always will be a 6" T-Rigged plastic worm...

Mepps Aglia
Another vote for gold and silver.

Megabass Vison 110
It happens. We have all been there. I just posted in another thread about losing my first Lucky Craft (Staysee 90) on the first cast. That one stung a little...

Trying to improve at a technique
Well its always a good idea to be prepared with different techniques and presentations for anything that might arise, but there are definitely days were I have just brought a jig box with me when I felt the conditions would line up preferably for it. I stayed with it and was rewarded accordingly. Sometimes you just have to live by the sword and die by the sword...

lure you refuse to lose
Yup. First Lucky Craft I ever bought was hung on an underwater branch on the first cast. I could see it in the gin clear water. Going in the drink for it crossed my mind...

What weight heads on an A-Rig?
Usually 1/4 oz. sometimes 3/8ths for heavier presentations.
-
Money saving tricks, ideas, and homemade stuff
I do the exact same thing for a nail weighted presentation. Yup! Always...

How many days have you been out fishing this year?
I fish anywhere from 50-100 days a year on average. This is anything from a few hours after work to 36+ hour offshore a trips. This year unfortunately, while I'm not sure the actual number, I believe it to be well under 50...

Best Overall Year-Round Lure(Soft Plastic)
Another vote for the plastic worm. I prefer the 6" straight tail variety in purple, black or green.
-
3700 Size Boxes
Yup. This is exactly what I do and it works like a charm.

Addicted to buying fishing gear
I'm not that bad about it now, but there was a time and a place I was like this with lures and tackle, not so much setups though. Nowadays, I am much more particular about my purchases and buy stuff mostly on a "as need" basis regardless of full retail or sale price.

If you could only get 3 rods to cover bass fishing what would be the 3 that covers most
7' MH/ F Casting 7' MH/ XF Casting 6'6" M/ F Spinning Although only choosing three would be rather torturous! Haha
- 8 ft. plus bass rods
- Actions of rods

Changing out hooks on small crankbaits (a young man's game)
I have 20/10 vision and still find this to be a PITA sometimes. You are not alone...

Addicted to buying fishing gear
Oh I hear ya loud and clear on that one! It did take quite a few years before I was able to start to part with some of my gear. Thankfully I have gotten to a place where I have been able to let go quite a bit of my gear and have (mostly) just the gear I use fairly regularly.

Addicted to buying fishing gear
The struggle is real! Haha. While I don't go over board by any means, I have seen cases where people will have hundreds, if not thousands of a single style of lure IE: Crankbaits, Jerkbaits, etc. I carry enough with me not to run out on any given trip with a back up stash at home to replenish when I get low. I try to keep it reasonable. Some types of lures I have a lot more than others IE: Jigs vs. Cranks. I have around 20 setups while some people have 50+ if not hundreds! We have all seen the pictures on here of peoples lure collections and setup collections! For some tackle collecting becomes more of a hobby than fishing itself! Haha

Opinion on Falcon casting rods
I don't own the Christie's but have some Lowriders and Cara's and love them. Solid, US built rods.
