  1. Gave my new pick up from BPS a workout this morning. Bandit 100 in purple tiger, did well 2 misses and 2 hook ups in about 45 minutes. My buddy had some luck on a ghost husky jerk. It was a beautiful morning, breezy and 70 degrees. Hope the forcasts are wrong about friday and saturday night.
  2. so the Affinpinscher takes top dog..... Tibetans are neat but too much grooming. Get a fila, plus with them is a redneck burglar in your neck of the wood RW would think it is JUST a blood hound LOL boy are they in for a surprise!

Had a cockatiel, messiest thing ever, seeds and crap 4' around the dam cage. Never will own a bird again.
  4. Don't worry them boys just mad their water is a balmy 38 degrees LOL. Nice work guys
  5. U R not the only one, people do it all the time bro. They are too lazy to find their spot and they will fish yours until the no fishing signs show up and give no info or even the time of day in return. And people wanna complain on the forum why no body wants to "help" them out. LOL Look at it like this karma is a *****, good luck to them finding their trophy bass.
  6. I have a pair of strike kings and they worked really well before I upgraded. Still keep them as a back up/beach pair.
  7. Good question. Haven't heard much about the fishing up north.
  8. Like others said fish when you can. You in PR or Orlando? This winter here in Jax has been warm three days, cold front, cool 2 days warms back up. A cycle. The days I have fished after the cold fronts, I did ok on suspending jerkbaits and texas rigged worms worked slowly.
  9. Good to know. Gonna give me lizards a try along with a couple new things I picked up.
  10. I think that is a good part of the problem in the retention ponds near me. Too many small stunted fish, but mian reason being I don't keep any is these ponds are filled with runoff from storm drains and I find that to be a little suspect when feeding to my kids, in addition to bass not being a prefered fish to eat.
  11. Yes you are correct. But it also says green/amber for inshore flats, rivers and streams. From my under standing on both costa and other sites. Amber green is better cloudy/dawn dusk. Which here I am dawn fishing & do a little inshore. Costas web describes silver as handling variable light. The changes between shade and full sun. Now I never tried the silver on, don't recall even seeing it in the store but I do wonder if there is advantage to one or the other fishing wise
  12. Pflueger President or President XT
  13. I like the matte olive color. Maybe desert tan and do the graphics in flat black.
  14. I got a fresh water muscle or clam? Dragging and pausing a texas rig and felt a little tap, reeled in my line and found this. My buddy got a soda can. but I didn't keep his pic he sent of that.
  15. Awesome truck, sign me up for one. Also like the F150 SVT Raptors those are pretty bad ass too, they have a blue color I like.
  16. Check you message box.
  17. The majority we have been hooking are in the the 10-13 inch range and are fatty and feisty though. will get a 6-8" in there.
  18. What are you throwing? What side are you fishing?
  19. Working man. fishing is over for me by 7:15 except on weekends. early bird catches the worm. Any luck. buddy got 9 there all under 12" yesterday. Hard to pull anything over a 2 pounds out, only done that 2 times. Still fun little pond, boat would be helpful probably.
  20. Welcome to the site. Please feel free to join in and post in all the forums man, you will meet some cool people from all over. message me if you wanna chat about our local spots and what's catching them. We might be able to swap some info.
  21. Which one? I fished the one towards Old St. Aug. it is really weedy, then the other two, one closest never got anything and the one at the far end towards Racetrack my buddy only got bluegill. But the one I am curious about is the one in the woods, between that construction site and the apartments. I have seen people drive trucks up there, but I have also seen police chasing people away. But that one in the woods looks like it might hold a gator and a bunch of fish and turtles. Message me sometime and we can further discuss.
  22. One of my Favorites was the Corvette faceman drove on the A Team.....my other personal favorite I would buy today if I had the cash would be the 1992 C4 ZR1....C5's were nice...But the sickest one ever would be the 2009 C6 ZR1.

Bet you wish you were in Disney world now. LOL Stay warm and safe. Pay someone to shovel that ****.
  24. Tell that corvettes cant run road courses to Ron Fellows and Johnny O'Connel they won something like 5 24 hrs of Le Mans straight in them. Ferrari couldnt beat them, even having drivers like the late Colin McRae and Prodrive partnering with them. The ferraris had a higher top speed but couldn't hang with them in the corners. And that is before Chevy started spitting out 100k cars I am with u Porsches are my favorite totally unconventional, rear engine, 6 cyl. But as pure handling a car as they come, most well rounded. Flying Lizard all the way. BMWs just suck, not a true sports car IMO.
  25. Which is a shame. it's rivals couldn't touch it on track. Kinda embarrassing for Ferrari when the 575 was getting out braked and accelerated by an "American muscle car" lol go figure.
