Today I decided to switch it up and throw new stuff because of this thread actually. Started with ol faithful 6" senko got nothing. So I started fishing a KVD crank 2' to 4', football jig (I usually fish swim), and a rapala jerk bait. Did pretty well going back out tomorrow and I am gonna throw them again

Yea there are some biggens in there. Remember a while back we were talking about those two ponds that are across from the poker room on race track. I went to one the one closest to Phillips and was able to fish between a gap. I only stayed for half hour got there at 8:15p and pulled in 4 nice ones biggest was 18". I am going back there tomorrow morning around 5:30 see if I can land the big bite

Went out today after my doctor appointment to my spot at the golf course and I was killing them for a solid hour and a half. I pulled in 8 nothing too big biggest was 17.5" missed about another 4 or so, and moby dick came within 5 feet of my grasp!! Easily would have beaten my PB in my avatar. I was furious I was using a swim jig and idk what happened I don't think I hooked it and it just had its mouth closed the whole time cuz it just opened up and spit out my jig right in front of me after putting up a hell of a fight. I am going out tonight and tomorrow early morning to see if I can hook into it again.

Go to the Harley Davidson store on wells road and makes right, you can park by the golf store. There is a huge pond with multiple double digit bass in there. I saw a 10 swimming around in there as well as some other big fish. I caught a 5lb out of there a month ago. My friend who works at Dicks Sporting Goods told me about the spot an showed me 2 10lb fish he caught out of there.

You have to use the full version And you can attach some photos straight from your phone but some say its too big. So then you go the email route and resize it then upload it.

I have the same problems with senkos I use the 6" ones and the bass rip em apart. For me I have no luck using any other type of stick baits except Yamamoto

You guys need to come to Jacksonville then I keep seeing posts about how slow fishing has been. For me it just slowed down this week. I have been hitting my regular big fish spots and haven't been catching anything at all. I am not going to be able to go out a lot over the next week we are taking our son to Disney for his first birthday for a couple days. So my total will probably stay at 5 fish 104"

10 bass sounds like a good night fishing

I never have luck with watermelon colored senkos my color of choice (or the Jacksonville bass color of choice) is Black w/ Blue flake. I am a believer that if it is not a Yamamoto then it doesn't work. I have a few imitation senkos and it seems like I only catch fish on the Yamamotos, it's weird

I broke my rod tip on my 6'8" St. Croix Mojo Bass this morning getting a spinner bait out a tree. And 2 days ago I broke my rod tip handling a 4.5lb bass like an idiot. Luckily Dicks Sporting Goods took the rod back TWICE, today when I went there I purchased their 2 year warranty. That's why I continue to go to DSG they treat you right.

I totally agree all the hooks were probably like that just to show us the fish's reaction and not to harm the fish

Today I was using a Square Bill Rapala that dives 2 to 5 feet and I snagged into a big alligator. By far the coolest experience of my life. I cast out and was about to reel in and then the beast emerges from the water right in front of my lure. So I take out my iPhone and video it, if someone can tell me how to upload a video I would post it in a thread. There were 4 other gators all watching me and it was cool that I snagged the BIGGEN lost my lure though obviously.
