  1. Dog gone it Kent........we'll miss you! Good luck in your new job buddy........save up that vacation time for next year!
  2. I think the 80# should be fine for your boat........it should have plenty of power.
  3. Thank you. Oklahoma Custom Canvas Products in Tulsa, OK. Here is the body of the email they sent regarding the cover: To fabricate a custom towing cover for your 2009 Pro Craft 210 Super Pro SC we would need your boat at our shop. It takes approximately 3-5 days to complete the process. We custom fit the material for your boat specifically. Reinforcing stress points such as your trolling motor, windshields, seats, ram mounts, gas cap and exposed cleats. Your custom towing cover also comes with a motor cover. The motor cover is for storage and towing, this is not a motor cover that will be vented for use on the water. We also sew a dust skirt around the perimeter of your cover, the dust skirt protects your boats finish from strap wear. We use Sunbrella 100% Acrylic Fabric. Sunbrella is mildew resistant and water repellent. Sunbrella is also a breathable fabric, so if you put the boat away with the interior wet the Sunbrella material will breath and allow the interior to dry without mildewing. During the fabrication of your custom boat towing cover we utilize three widths of material. This gives you the option of a solid one color cover or a two color option(different color of fabric down the middle of the cover).
  4. I can't even begin to tell you how great it is to have a cover that fits tight and without all of the extra material.
  5. We have several stations around here close that have ethanol free.......but QT is my favorite.....the have double long fuel lanes with a pump at each end......I can fuel my boat with ethanol free and fuel my truck with ethanol at the same time! But I agree.....ethanol free for my boat.
  6. Finally pulled the trigger on buying a new custom cover for my new 'to me' boat!
  7. Thanks everyone........Siebert hit it on the head. They are called foam shocks.
  8. Can anyone tell me what this boat seat part is called? It appears to be rubber and is screwed to the bottom of my boat seats........2 per seat. Thanks
  9. IMHO.......the largest (power wise) battery you can get that will fit in the spot you have allocated for the starting battery.......it not only starts your big motor but runs all the other electrical things on your boat except the Trolling motor.
  10. So you don't have insurance? Or Canceling your insurance never crossed your mind?
  11. I usually tie it up 3'.
  12. Congrats Raider
  13. Maybe some hose barbs and hose clamps to splice repair fuel lines. I carry an assortment from 1/4" to 3/8" in addition to what you have already listed. It maybe someone else's boat I help repair.
  14. It all adds up. I have full coverage insurance...always have, always will. I think it is worth it......every penny.
  15. I don't know if it's right.....but I would replace them. Do you leave them on the charger all of the time? The battery charger on my old boat went bad and it boiled out the water.
  16. Now see? Like Ron White would say, "That's a handy bit of information to have, right there!" Thank you Slone......very much appreciated!
