FYI.....Check your state laws......found out that in OK you have to have a regular life vest onboard for boaters under 16 yrs of age.....even if they are wearing one of these. The age limits they place on these are kinda silly....my son is not 14 quite yet and has been taller than me for a year or more.

Got it mounted.......now trying to find time and weather to try it out. killin' me waiting to get out.

My last boat was 12v and I upgraded to 24v. my current boat was 24v and I upgraded to 36v. no regrets.

X2 this has been the way I have done twice.....previous boat and my current boat.

I did this on my last boat and loved it. removed front control panel and felt around. Then used a mirror to look around. the hardest part is the first cut......then it eases a little ? My my current boat has built in tray.
