  1. I love my dual pro. Had a 3 bank on my last boat and a 4 bank on this boat.
  2. That was pretty funny........hope it works.
  3. Don't leave electronics on it. I use a prop lock to slow them down. i have a good cover on it ( to keep dust/dirt off the boat and help keep critters off of it. And a carport to keep the rain and snow off.....and keep the sun off the cover. Boat has an alarm and a camera trained on it 24/7. Won't stop thieves but might deter them, slow them down and at least I will see who it was.
  4. Before I got my carport installed......I made sure to put a tarp over my boat cover. the sun is very hard on the covers and I have read that keeping the sun off the cover will greatly increase the life of the cover. just a FYI.
  5. my experience is with a few squeezes.....I get the fuel flowing and it continues with a siphoning action. I actually empty my tank at the end of every season this way....into a 5 gal fuel can and use vise grips to pinch the temp line when the can gets full....I empty the can into the car or truck tank and then put the hose back in the can and release the vise grips and the flow continues.....I do this until the tank is empty. It is slow...only so much fuel will flow through the fuel line
  6. I disconnect the fuel primer bulb on the engine side of the bulb and use another piece of fuel line and pump out the fuel that way. Kind of slow but gets it done.
  7. Use it as a guide. i trust my local weather people more than the weather channel.
  8. Startron and Quick Kleen for my Mercury.
  9. Here are my pics of Risk Kid 2 catches........RoadWarrior's pics will have to wait until I get the speakers on my computer replaced

  17. The stupid garage door opener died today at about 5 as I was beginning to prepare for the Bass Resource Road Trip. after some troubleshooting....ran to Home Depot and grabbed a new one. had it up and working in an hour. this was the fastest/easiest diy project the wife and I have ever done! we put one up last year on the new rear garage door......but that was after we cut the wall out and installed a new garage door opening at the rear of the garage so I can just back the boat straight into the backyard under the carport. Kind of proud of last years big project:
  18. Prayers and thoughts are with you and your wife Mike.
  19. Sharp looking boat. Maybe I'll see you on the waters around NE OK.
  20. I was able to add the ability to see my engine information on my Lowrance HDS Touch 9 Gen 2 in the last 8 weeks. Now I have added weather to my Lowrance! Thanks to a very good friend that stopped using his LWX-1 and let me have it at a very fair price. i was very excited.....I have been trying to find one for the last 2-3 years. I could not stomach the cost of the new units.... $$$$. here are a couple of pics.....North is down. First one out by OKC and 2nd one up by Lake of the Ozarks.
  21. I have heard from a couple of sources that Kentucky Lake can become pretty dangerous with a North/South wind and we can move over to Barkley Lake. Y'all heard anything like that?
