Anyone interested in splitting a hotel room at Toledo Bend?

I signed up for the BBWC 2016. after watching live with my own eyes.....as the 2015 winner weighed his catch...........I'd be crazy not to. By the way....the 2015 BBWC was a Bass Resource member too. I'm already fishing......so it's a no brainer.

BTW.......I have 2 beds still available in our cabin at Kentucky Lake.......anybody interested in sharing the cabin.....?

I thought about it with my first boat.....seriously. but it I think it would be ALOT of work. Desiring a single console.....That's what drove me to purchase a single console boat. maybe if I was a fiberglass guru it would've been different....but I ain't no guru.....not even a novice.

The bathtub faucet has been dripping for sometime now and the shower diverter has not been redirecting all the water to the showerhead either...it dribbles a little bit out of the faucet while showering. So today I get the great idea to replace the washers. Pull out the stems and head to Lowes. They don't have the stems....and I don't find the required washers. I decide that the old faucet looked kind of crappy anyways so I buy a mid-range replacement and head back to the house. Got started replacing and of course it is not a direct replacement so I head to the hardware store......they don't have what I need so on over to Lowes. Grab some parts and back home to finish. Just about done....DOH!.....need Teflon tape for one more connection.....wife runs to hardware store. Almost 6 $@&!#*%#$&@ hours.....but I got 'er done! Now just 1 more trip back to Lowes to return unused parts! This is a plumbing record for me.....only 2 trips to the store for me.....and 1 for the wife. (I don't count the returns trip) thanks for for letting me vent!

Great to hear! i had the thyroid type in 1985....3 doses of I-131 radiation......went from inoperable to 'no sign' of disease.....still clear. Different beast I know.....but I honestly believe it was God's hand that 'cured' me. hang in there buddy.

To find the going price go to nada and look up the value. then have the boat looked at by your marine mechanic if you are not experienced. then if your happy.....your good.

I like the price of these.....but 'convenience' is my main concern.......not sure I really 'need' poles......but I know I would love to 'have' them!

I've not had any issues either.

I don't listen to the radio while on the water. the radio didn't work when I bought the boat......so I bought a new one and replaced it......just because I'm a little retentetive.....I just like everything that's suppose to work, to work.

There are times I use leaders and times where I don't use leaders.

I have been using the double uni knot. i have learned the modified Albright....very low profile knot.

You can also make your own maps using Lowrance Genesis insight......I just started looking at this over the weekend. looks promising but I am in the early stages of researching it.

go to youtube and search. search for things like bass fish, ned rig, shakey head.......just anything you're interested in. They are great free information.

I agree with Tom. The alarm on my boat is just to alert me that someone is farting around where they should not be?

Always try them on.......what I like may not be what you like. I like the amphibia brand.....I have 2 pairs. i like them because they float.
