i put mine on the night before a local trip and have locks on the ram mounts and gimbal mounts. They lay down behind console and flat on the deck at the bow in transit. On long trips they ride in hard cases in the truck and sleep in my room until I'm ready to head to the ramp.....then off and back to the room as soon as I get the boat out of the water.

I agree with these. Might just text back "please call 918-555-1234"......the number for a local boat sales center. Let them get their own boat. But I'm a lot like this: Fish mostly with my wife and son.

Does anyone else get a warm fuzzy when they change the lower unit oil on their outboards and there are not any metal shavings or water present? Just one less thing to worry about.

This is our first year of deep frying the bird. Also have ham, taters n gravy, rolls, stuffing/dressing, green bean casserole, corn, pumpkin roll, raisin pie, apple pie and pumpkin pie. Happy Thanksgiving to you all and your families.

We watch/record 2 episodes a day during the week......lots of repeats obviously......but good tv to watch. My 12yr old son started watching it last year in school.......at least 1 teacher is trying to teach the good morals/ethics. It did my heart good for my son to sit down and watch it as a family!

Nope......one guy said " I don't believe in guns. Can you take donations?" He then gave my son $2.00.....I thought that was a kind gesture. But afterwards my son asked me " he doesn't believe in guns?" I had to explain that the man did not actually believe that guns didn't exist.....just that he didn't like them.

X2.......I think it would be the 'sharp' type sounds that startle the fish.....like when you say boo to scare someone and it makes the jump out of their skin.

I hate fundraisers....I mean I hate them with a passion. That being said....My son's baseball team's organization has come up with what I think is a pretty cool fundraiser. They are raffling off 6 fireams.....I just love the fact that it is not candy, cookies, popcorn...it is firearms. SMITH & WESSON MP SHIELD .40 CAL PISTOL REMINGTON 783 308 RIFLE REMINGTON 700 270 RIFLE BENELLIE SUPERNOVA 12 GAUGE SHOTGUN SMITH & WESSON MP15 22 RIFLE HIGHPOINT 995 TX 9MM RIFLE They have done other things....like golf tourneys, college sporting event concession work, ect. But this one is by far the best idea they have had...in my opinon........I like the idea that it that it helps reinforce the 2nd ammendment right with the kids. I am so tired of the politically correct crud we have to put up with. Whatever happened to the 'take responsibilty for your actions' or ' self accountabilty' ? Why do people think that their right to dislike something should trump another persons right to like it? Sorry...didn't mean to get up on the soapbox. Just wanted to share what I consider a great idea and maybe let the idea spread to others.

X2 If you do go while on pain killers.....be extra careful.....and hopefully you will have someone else with you...driving the boat and or truck.

yep......but that's life. The remote alarm would really be so I know it's going off....don't want to disturb the other guests. With this alarm you can bypass the shock sensor if needed/wanted....like the times you might leave boat in a slip.....it will alert if they open the hatch. But at the house it works great.....and I have the other 'tools' I might need too. P.s........glad your son didn't get hurt.
