St. Croix triumph casting
Triumph is a good rod in its price range. Nothing special but well built as competes well.

G. Loomis NRX
I have the 2016 GLX MBR844 and have zero complaints about the reel seat and handle. I find it actually a bit more comfortable then my MB Destroyer FMJ. Personally I despise skeletal reel seats like in the NRX so despite any gains in sensitivity I will never buy one. But your right ive read some complaints. I think it’s mostly folks with very large hands. No rod is perfect, I think you just need to pull the trigger on one or two and decide for yourself.

6'6" MH-F casting rod for top water frogs
Sure a 7’ + rod will give the op some advantages, but the 6’6” he’s got will work just fine to get started with the technique. Especially if the op just prefers shorter rods.

6'6" MH-F casting rod for top water frogs
Should work fine, St Croix MH are usually pretty stout. As long as you aren’t fishing in the heaviest slip and salad you should be good.

Copolymer line
Should work great for those. You can use it basically the same and with the same expectations as you would mono.

Any reviews/thoughts on St. Croix Legend X Series???
It’s a Legend Elite with split grip. Anything you read or find out about the current Legend Elite likely applies. Should be a great stick.

High end Rods
I’d agree the Destroyer Daemos is likely a great choice for your intended purposes. I have the FMJ myself. The build quality, weight/balance, and ergonomics on these is top notch. I agree with Kickerfish, another top option for high end and very versatile would be a GLX MBR 843 or 844. The 844 is a beefier stick then the 843, and choice would come down to total weight/size of lures and cover you will fish. But these rods have a great tip making them versatile and easy to cast with a nice backbone to handle fish in cover. Loomis have a great warranty, however their attention to detail and build quality are known to not always be quite up to par at this price point, primarily issues reported around finish on threadwraps. St Croix Legend Elites are awesome sticks as well, and superbly build with great warranty. You’d certainly be getting a great stick with a St Croix. However in my personal experience their MH/F are stout rods, and while they’re very capable, they aren’t quite as versatile for moving baits. Good luck.

Opportunity for a Kistler rod.
Congrats and enjoy!

Indoor Rod Storage
Check out Organized Fishing options. They have a lot in their website and Tackle Warehouse sells a few of their racks. A couple of there options have a track system that makes the clips adjustable to accommodate different size rigs. But the number of rods/combos they say they hold is generous and can only be achieved if you’re storing rods with no reels mounted. If storing standard freshwater outfits cut the number in half.

Megabass Orochi spinning rod
There’s some threads specific to the XXX series on another forum. They’re a JDM series so typically shorter with different tapers. The way I interpret what I’ve read is the consensus is they’re good rods, but not as good the XX series.

Daiwa Zillion vs Shimano Chronarch OR! Shimano Curado K vs Daiwa Tatula SV TW
That’s some great fishing right there. Fished the NE one time with a guide and took of from Anchor. We boasted several 4lb fish and at least one 5ln that day. It was fantastic. Going to try to get down there with our boat sometime.

Shimano Scorpion DC
I guess RTFM doesn’t work when it’s in Japanese! Enjoy the new reel reel and give us a review once you get some time with it. I really want to try one.

Megabass Orochi spinning rod
The first gen Orochi XX spinning rods are sold out and discontinued. At least all the dealers I knew about online are sold out. New updated generation from what I’ve heard from a good source should be released at the Classic.

Reel Setting for Pitching/Flipping
No one right answer, and also depends on the specific reel and its brake system. I generally am setup the same for casting as pitching though. With a Shimano reel with SVS I may back off spool tension a bit for prolonged pitching.
- Anyone try a ballistic LT yet?

Legend glass or megabass swingfire
Search TackleTour, maybe you’ve read it, but they did a review of the Swingfire.

Opportunity for a Kistler rod.
There’s no KBB or NADA for used rods. It’s worth whatever YOU as the potential buyer decides it is worth to you. I just pointed out some facts. To put it in perspective a brand new Kistler Helium 3 on sale will run you about $210-230 depending on the sale. As as long as it’s in good shape it is potentially a lighter more sensitive stick then something you can get brand new for $75. I have zero experience with the LTAs so that’s speculation based on the TackleTour review and other things I’ve read.

Opportunity for a Kistler rod.
The LTA rods pre-date all of those, and Kistlers use of the NFC blanks by a very good number of years. If it’s an original LTA series I’m pretty sure it has to be older then that.

Good St. Croix Rod?
Sorry your requirements are too vague and you’re trying to do too much with one outfit covering panfish all the way to catfish. The Mojo Bass Plastics casting rod, I assume you mean the 7’1” M/F, will be great for bass. But it’s not a rod for panfish or catfish.

St. Croix Mojo bass vs glass for cranking and all around
Really comes down to personal preference and experience. Some people love and swear by glass or glass hybrid rods for many moving baits. I’m in the camp of prefer graphite rods with the right actions, proper line selection, and proper drag settings. But my fishing style and fishing spots don’t require me to grind 20’+ cranks all day.

Opportunity for a Kistler rod.
TackleTour did a review in 2003, been a long time since they made the LTAs. Search for it, they rated them highly. But that was 14 yrs ago.

OG Zillions vs SV Zillions
You guys are gonna make . I tried and wanted to love the SV103, but something about its height and size and how I had to palm it was very uncomfortable and hurt my bum wrist. Guess I’m just a wuss. I’m sure the Zillion SV TW will serve me well though.

Best spool bearings for '13 Metanium 100?
And that’s what I’m trying to avoid is being over sold by marketing and pretty charts. I’d rather go by hands on user experience for the best product. Of course knowing full well upgraded after market bearings aren’t a massive game changer anyway. It’s juat fun tuning reels at this point.
