Yeah, I picked one up the other day and put some 1/8" Strike king jig heads and some 3.5" Havoc Grass Pigs on it. Going to Table Rock in a few weeks where they are hammering them on the A-rig lately and I'll have to see how this smaller rig works out. Hopefully they are still biting when we go.

What colors have you tried using? I have had a lot of luck on both pearl white and white with silver flake. Also done ok with a watermelon with gold flake.

x2 ... Find a 3.5-4" tube in a similar color to the craws in your streams and rig it with a 1/4oz tube jig head weedless...Smallies love them...

Mine would be a Bomber Square A in Black/Chartreuse. Caught a lot of fish on that the past few years. Fire tiger works well also.

I store mine in my 12x12 shed. Up on their sides kind of like Goose has his although I have one on a rack I made out of 2x4s screwed to the studs and the other sits under that one on the floor.

The new Frontier model looks real nice. Would be easy to shoot a transducer down one of the scupper holes for a fish finder install too! Too bad they are kind of pricey after accessorizing them.

You just missed a great sale at Academy Sporting Goods that had some really nice Falcon BuCoo's and St. Croix Mojo's for $70.

The BPS Pro Qualifier bait caster is one of the best reels you can buy for the money.

A decent paddle and PDF is $100+ though... Can always get a cheaper kayak, rig it like you want with fishing accessories and put some removable outriggers on it if you want to stand...

It's going to be tough finding a new kayak for that price that has enough stability that you can stand and fish in unfortunately...
