The thing I don't like about that is it kills the thread. I'd rather have a steady income of decent fish with some real good ones thrown in, keeps us in the loop, we learn more, more discussion...

I would love to have AK join the thread, I don't care if I get crushed. Bass fishing to me (tournaments excluded) is about the thrill and having fun. As you can see I have like 78.5" haha, I want to cull 4 if not all 5 of my fish by the end of the month but I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I want to see everyone catch big fish... When I texas rig them without a screw lock hook, most of the time the craw slides up the line and the craw stays in tact for several fish. I haven't had a bass fling the claws off during a head shake or a jump, only time would be one plucking one off... And as kevin22 said, they work fine with one claw...

Went golfing today, It just wasn't feeling fishy today... I'm sure you guys get that feel...

Those to were from from the same pond, these guys I caught a bit earlier in the summer each in a different location...

Let's go two were 18, two were 19... So that is 74", then add 6" your at 80".... That good
