I have 12 round reels.Ambassadeurs pro max,black max,4500,4600s.......love em. can't live without em. like a winch.heavy compared to the newer low profile reels,but I prefer a little weight on my reels....... I forgot my Calcutta's 2 of em.

the FatMax is one of my go to baits....always have used Culprits, any color as long as it's redshad...........

21 casting--5 spinning-- 1 fly rod...........3 spincast for my wife and guest's that can't cast.....

you get used to it, stay hydrated,sunscreen,lot's of ice in the cooler and your good to go.if you feel the heat getting to you sit down fire up the motor and take a run to cool off. pace yourself also.

I have used both and they both work just fine. will use tape on spinning rods more than casting handles.

I know I'm worth more than $15.00......Mustang for me also......the best out there.

Bomber squarebills are great also 6a bombers,Bagleys makes alot of baits that work well also. I use alot of old manns razorback pigs.

I use what works for me. A digital reel is not the one for me. I use mostly round Ambassadeurs anyway. have used and tried the DC and I can cast as far and with more accuracy with my Ambassadeurs than the DC.Plus the fish don't care what reel anyone is using.
