  1. Happy Birthday!
  2. Gitzits and their Gitzit tube heads are my go-to. Cabin Creek also has some great tubes. My only knock on MegaStrike is that they don't come in the 3 - 3.5" range. They are more like flippin' tubes IMO.
  3. LOL ... this is what happens when you have about 6 months in between casts. One of my winter projects is to organize tackle. This was reorganized just a few weeks ago from a plain 3700 I had and I added two new lures for next year ... 1.5 shallow and the Lucky Shad.
  4. Good for you ... This is the box I use for tournaments as a co-angler. I have a few more in other boxes.
  5. I found that when learning to Crank that one brand across various depths is working for me. Here's by Crankbait box ... covers me from 3 FOW all the way down to about 20 FOW.
  6. Tournament Goal: Last two years I floundered in the last 2 tournaments to drop out of contention for BOBA. I need to figure that out. Fishing Techniques: Refine my drop shot game. Build my crankbait game. Explore spybaiting for Smallies. Personal: Maintain my weight loss.
  7. I use the 3701's for my terminal tackle. Same size as the 3700 in length and width but narrower. I was able to fit two of these in place of one traditional 3700 in my bag.
  8. I'm a 15lb Braid with 6-10 lb FC leader depending on the technique.
  9. The Cavitron Buzzbait Missile Baits Fuse 4.4 on my Mojo Rig Those are two standout "New to me" stuff from this past year.
  10. I thought of that ... I prefer thinner roboworms or finesse worms for wacky. Give them a try ... couldn't hurt.
  11. x2 on the memory issue. Red in bass fishing always confused me. One side of the camp says it disappears under the water ... thus the red line. Other side of the camp says red indicates "bleeding" on lures and hooks. Thus very visible.
  12. I thought they were too big for a drop shot but the new Fluke Stick Jr. is just right for DS. Picked up a few when I was in Miami. Found them at the BPS there.
  13. Should work with the ram mount for the 4 series. Great starter fishfinder.
  14. Lol. I have told them we only have Mac computers and get that same long pause.
  15. It's a density thing. Since it is denser it transmits vibrations better. I think it's worth it at lighter weights. Once I get to 3/8oz. it's a toss up IMO.
  16. Get that Microsoft call from time to time. Numerous attempts to get them to stop calling has failed. Annoying.
  17. Pota(e)to ... Pota(a)to IMO. I have used both.
  18. TW gift card plus some new lures Whopper Plopper Realis spybaits size 80 and 90 Boomerang snips. Very excited.
  19. Same to you and yours
  20. Bluegill with my little one. Pike and pickerel are also fun for me but they love robbing me of my hardbaits.
  21. Big fan of the Rage Blade. I use a caffeine shad as a trailer.
  22. I like to cover water so a seat would only get in the way.
