I'm going out this weekend. Water temp is 52, I will be working a jerkbait and lipless on points and channels. Gonna have some bottom contact baits for shallow grass. May not work here, but I learned a lot watching them. Sometimes it just depends on location.

I simply cannot fathom arguing over 1-2oz. I have fished Chronarch 50mgs, Core 50mgs, Every Curado, Tatulas, Fuegos, Revo SX, and I have never really been able to tell much of a difference over an ounce or so. Some of you need to put your big boy pants on and quit whining over an ounce. Geez, it's like you never fished for 6 hours a day when you were 12 years old with a Zebco 33 walking 4-5 miles pond hopping. Well, most of you probably didn't.

I have fished the B's, D's, E's, G's, I', K, Core (50 and 100) Chronarch (50e, 200e, 150) and I currently fish a 200HG, Scorpion 70xg, Curado 200K XG and Citica 200HG. This is just my opinion but the newest stuff is my favorite. To me, they are much more aesthetically better. Better swept handle, better drag star, easier to use cast control knob and sleeker front end. That being said, the E series would be my next favorite. I have a friend who loves the D series and uses them more than he does his I series. Edit-I shouldn't have read this thread. Went to the auction sight looking at Curados, just bought a new 150DC for a good price. Dang monkey.

It's like the xcalibur XR50 lipless when they announced they were going to quit making them. They were SELLING for $20-$30 a pop. Then when it was released that Booyah was basically taking over and releasing the same bait the demand went down. You can go to the auction site and people are still ASKING those prices, but they are not SELLING for those prices. I had about 10 Chrome/black, 10 Chrome/blue and 25 Rayburn Red when all this happened. Should have sold them I guess LOL

I don't think you will notice a difference in catch rate. In fact, I may have caught more when using the yellow because I could see it move so much better. Sometimes they don't always "hit" your bait, but they may inhale it and move a couple inches.
