Nothing mentioned about a polygraph.

That would be hard to prove in a court of law. Can't imagine it happening over a fishing tournament. Lie detectors can't be used in a murder trial but I'm supposed to believe we are using them to put guys in jail over some fish and money? BTW, I understand it has happened, but there has to be evidence, not just failing a polygraph.

No idea, too young to remember. My first was on live bait. The first artificial I can remember was on a 6" purple worm with a pink curl tail on a straight retrieve.

Slow down there easy rider. Loss of fishing license? I doubt the state cares whether or not someone fails a lie detector in a fishing tournament. Possible jail time? Lie detectors are admissible in the court of law. Fines? As long as no game laws were broke, what could they be fined for?

No intervention needed, if I didn't have 32 kids (actually 4) I would be there everyday.

It was a joke, I thought the emoji would give it away. Apparently not.

How many days are some of you out there? ? For an all day trip (9 hrs or so) I will take a Dr Pepper (breakfast) a snickers (lunch) and a beer or 2 in the afternoon.

That tournament is in 2020

I use an Owner type and I promise you after what happened to me today, I don't see how one will ever fail. I was fishing an A rig on 50lb braid using an Owner clip and I got hung up. We trolled over to it and I couldn't get it unhooked. After trying I decided to break my line. I wrapped my braid around the Gator Grip measuring board and was going to pull as hard as I could. Well after some effort, I straightened a hook on one of my jigheads. There is no way a fish will straighten one of these.

Better than the tuna I used to eat, I upgraded.

It was only $120 for sushi tonight. Another $216 at Hobby Lobby, so probably cheaper for Mr Kraft. LOL

Of those, I would go Steez, but I think I would try a Metanium MGL instead.

40# 832 & 12# Sniper FC, 50# 832 & 20# Sniper FC

Well, first of all, the General World Championship is in 2020, not this coming week. I will try to explain the rest. First off think "color" when you look at the chart. The BPT events in gray are what qualify them for the Redcrest (also in gray). The top 30 anglers from those 8 events will fish in it. The points will be determined off how they finish in each event. So there's that. Now shift your focus to red. The top 3 of each of those cup events, along with the top 2 in cup points, the redcrest champion and the reigning champion will fish in the World Championship in 2020.

I don't pretend to know the law, but I'm pretty sure he had nothing to do with trafficking. I realize anyone who hates the Pats just loves this, but it isn't a big deal in my mind. Would be legal in Nevada. Kind of like pot, just depends on where you are.

Nothing about trafficking will come back to him, just the sex. We all pay for it one way or the other anyway.

Nothing but positive thoughts from me. I hope all is well. Terrible thing to deal with (I have had a number of students over the years who have been through it). However, you will be a great Dad who will help your child through all the obstacles that you will face. I know plenty of kids who have thrived and been successful with the diagnosis. Sometimes we are faced with problems that some people can't handle, but people like you will thrive. Good luck brother. You will do great.

They were talking about cloud formations on the local news tonight. They showed this picture and I did not see clouds. Any one else see anything different? LOL

I tell my Son all the time. Son, I love you more than you will ever know. I know you will make poor decisions and will end up in some tough spots, just know that I will always be here no matter how bad you think you have screwed up. But promise me one thing, you won't be as dumb as I was when I was a teenager. LOL

And just in case you were wondering

I like the reel a lot. It takes a little bit to get familiar with it and get it set how you want it for distance. I ended up with a #2 on the brake and a little bit looser on my cc knob than some of my other reels are set.
