Social media?
- Jig rod
- Spro Rock Crawler, etc?
well unfortunately my work settings won't allow me to watch the video, but i'd have to say no. i mean it has no "unique" characteristics that would say it would perform better in rock over another crankbait of the same build and diving depth. the bill is what's doing the deflecting and it looks like the same bill as is on my spro little john DD. i'd chalk it up to marketing hype, but wouldn't dismiss the bait or anything. I'm just saying i don't believe you'd find it to be much different.... i may be wrong.- Show off your Stuff
looks very nice!- Kayaks and flipping jigs?
if you can stand in it, you can flip in it. i do from my ride 135 quite a bit. big rig should be no problem. i've had bass tow me around on a spinnerbait just as much as a jig, that's part of the fun for me!- Spro Rock Crawler, etc?
i think you might be reading a little too much into the name.... i don't think it's marketed as anything special for rocks specifically. also, i don't think all rocks are created equal, river rock typically a little more spread out and rounded vs. stacked and jagged like rip rap or older lake rocks.- Beat my PB last night
of course your mom would say if you hadn't answered you wouldn't have caught the fish.... and we all know moms are ALWAYS right!!- Calling All Spinnerbait Fisherman
not really.... he mostly nailed it for my thoughts as well. EXCEPT i have never used a trailer hook and don't really intend on it. I have had them come back 2 or 3 times to hit it again, but still don't feel the need for the trailer hook. i like to fish it in some nasty cover too so the trailer hook would be hanging me up a lot. only thing i'd add is that i rarely ever do just a straight retrieve. i like to pump, jerk, twitch, anything to switch it up a bit while i'm reeling back. shared this tidbit with a buddy 2 weeks ago who called to tell me that night he caught 9 spots in 25 minutes using the jerk/twitch method. for the last 3 weeks, i've caught mostly all if not all my fish on a spinnerbait.- Too late for jig fishing?
24/7 for real.... I hope he was pulling your leg....- 12# mono line on a smaller reel.
^^this right here- Daiwa Samurai Combo
i had 2 older model samurai combos (not this particular one that has the X on the end....) while they did work, they both failed on me after a while of use. the rods were fine, but both reels seized up on me after some moderate use on freshwater fishing only. I kept the rods for a while longer and put different reels on them.- Red EWG hooks vs. Standard colour
- PB spotted bass still wish I knew what he weighed
Coosa Spots, indeginous to the Coosa river and its impoundments. Although, i'm not sure if that's where the OP is fishing. Besides California, if you fish some Alabama or Georgia waters, you've got a shot at some big nasty spots! http://www.scout.com/outdoors/wired2fish/story/1575470-2015-top-15-spotted-bass-lakes- Cranking Rods
dobyns fury 705cb $110- Melting lead on stove?
if this is the way you're set on going, at least get a $20 - $25 hotplate and do it outside.- Plug knocker storage

saw some videos a while back, looked pretty good, but i don't know about $15 good... i'll wait for some more reviews on it when topwater time rolls around for most of the country.- Metanium 16 (mgl xg)
it looks super slick man! nothing like catching one to get a good feel for it too!- Overwhelmed with all the choices
^^ absolutely no doubt about that.... they'll make your head spin sometimes.
