if you can find them online for cheaper ask your local places if they can meet or beat it...you have to also factor in the price if you order them online for shipping and getting them installed....whichever way you can get it cheaper is the way to go cause a dollar saved is a dollar saved

man you dont have a boost mobile there? i get unlimited minutes, unlimited texts, 2.5gb of 4g speed per month and if i use more than 2.5gb they lower it to 3g and unlimited international calling for $60 a month and i have a htc evo which lets me use it as wifi hotspot also so i use that for kindle and such when im not home

ah this im talking about it is no thread at all but uses permagloss to hold the foot on...you let the permagloss sit for a bit to let it gel up and then apply it so you get a thicker coat on...tom kirkman(rodbuilding.org) and some other people were testing it some years ago and they found that its ok on freshwater and light saltwater but not strong enough for heavy offshore rods and i think it works only with double foot guides but im not positive is in volume 9 issue 6 of rodmaker magazine but for that you dont have to file down the top of the guide foot you use a tiny bit of epoxy under it to hold it there while you permagloss it

i would dump the first jig and replace it with a pack of small bullet weights other than that its good but once you start catching you will be buying more and more stuff haha

when you replace a guide you have to file the top of the foot so the thread goes on nice and the bottom of the foot so it lays flat on the blank too...and i would wait 3-7 days after applying epoxy to start fishing it or you could use permagloss and do a threadless wrap

i would get the motor checked out by a pro if you can....im not selling my boat but i have one that i havent used in about 10 years or more never started the motor or anything over that time either and just yesterday me and a friend that is a boat mechanic started it up yesterday and it started up first crank and had no problems (well except a wasp nest in the handle to take the top cover of the motor off) lol 60hp johnson outboard...got to love johnsons

i agree with nitrofreak towing a small trailer is nothing just backing them up is a pain till you get used to it because they really do get around so quick....if you get the trailer hook it to your truck without your boat then drive around with it where ever you go normally and that will get you used to it pretty quick and the markers is a good idea too i really need to make them for my 8ft trailer cause half the time i cant see it when im backing it up

find the cheapest mono you can and use that to practice that way if you have to take it all off you didnt waste much...once you are confident with it then put the braid on...but even seasoned people backlash(accident or other factors) so you just have to get comfortable

i would just fish the 50lb braid...i use from 30-65lb power pro without a leader(when im fishing for bass) and it all works fine for everything

for night i like black buzzbaits and black chatterbaits

its supposed to slow the spool so when the bait starts losing speed in the air you dont backlash...supposed to lol

rod and reel are ok and ugly sticks are hard to break thats for sure lol i bought one just to see if it could actually touch tip to butt and it did and even more till it broke get a kvd crank bait in sexy shad or gizzard shad and reel it in just fast enough to make it swim should get you some fish just dont do like my brothers friend did and you should be ok...his friend gave him a rattle trap and he casted it out and set the rod down for 2 1/2 hours and didnt catch anything so he gave it back saying he didnt like it cause he didnt catch anything lol

you dont have any friends or family that use a baitcaster? if so you should try to borrow it for a couple of hours and see if you like it...i use only spinning except when im bottom fishing saltwater then i use conventional...really i havent found the need to use baitcasters except on really heavy rods but even then i use conventional(no level wind)

haha when you are goliath grouper fishing you dont want them to take line at all so you have to lol...if they take line they run into a hole and flair their gills and sit there all day lol

that video is great...thats how i do it mostly unless im fishing very close to the bank i use it with a small bullet weight and i jerk it once let it sit for a sec then repeat works great too really just go out and fish with it and try out every kind of way even if you think its crazy cause you never know you might even find a better way

check out guys who fish for goliath grouper around bridges haha they even hit it with a hammer to lock it down as much as possible lol
