i dont use a trailer hook and dont really see the need as when they hit it they smash it lol

my brother uses old zoom frogs as trailer...when one gets tore up too bad to keep using he cuts the back off and uses them as trailers

DO NOT skimp on glasses....the higher end glasses have more protection and better clarity...your eyes are one of your most important things on your body and sun can dmg them good and if you lose your sight because of sun dmg you wont be fishing at all lol...so skimp on something besides eye protection

i use the same for all water....my brother likes the black blade with black skirt cavs and he uses for all water and catches also

why not just use the 2 bait rig?

i use a hat that has a neck protection...really in s. florida you need it or else a couple hours fishing your neck will be black for real lol

also check out the microwave guide system there should be some rods showing up soon if not already with it on...i built a rod with these some weeks ago and so far i can cast further and really have no problems at all...it looks odd but it tames the line at the first guide and does it very well

this is the thing with braided line it is very strong if pulled but say you get a knot during a cast and the knot grabs a guide and makes a quick snap of the line its easier to break...and even more so with the crappier braids like firewire lol

im with retiredbosn i like double bladed because they make more commotion and you can real it slow while still making lots of noise....if i have to use a single bladed i like cavitron for colors i like silver blade with white skirt with my double bladed and the red blade with white skirt cavs
