  1. Went to DSG the other day and the bait monkey beat me up pretty good, walked out with a receipt that was $160 for just terminal tackle, plastics, and lures. I did break down and buy a Megabass FX Knuckle 60, it hurt to spend that much but it sure is purdy!!!
  2. ***, Maxim, and Ghost @ retail, check Ebay and you could find some good deals on more expensive rods, I just got two Ducketts (macro & micro magic) for under $100 a piece w/ shipping.
  3. Missile Bait D-Bomb in junebug,T-rigged on a Trokar TK130 and a 3/8 tungsten weight
  4. ^^^^I've gotten some great deals off fleabay, got two Duckett rods one micro magic and one macro, both for under $100 and that includes shipping!
  5. Try fleabay, you can get a nice rod for really cheap, I picked up a brand new Duckett macro magic 6'6" MF for $91 shipped.
  6. never leave the house without your jig box or a first aid kit.
  7. My 2014 would be a C-, I spent the entire spring, summer, and fall in the desert, so I got to fish for maybe a month total thanks to the long winter before I left, the only up side was that I had six months worth of MTB and LTB waiting for me to get back, along with some new rods, reels, and a ton of tackle and gear for christmas
  8. Profound Outdoors, its Timmy Horton's new company, they get a bunch to tour pro's to design baits from start to finish
  9. I bought a Tatula Type-R 8.1:1 last week and it showed up yesterday, and to top it off I got my LTB and a pack of twelve SK lures that I won in a FB contest...yesterday was a good day!

  12. just got my new rod in, 6'6" MF Duckett Macro Magic, picked it up off flea-bay for $91 ($71 for the rod, $20 for shipping), now I need to find me a new reel to match it
  13. Just about anything from Megabass, I just have to force myself to buy something first
  14. Rod Glove and McCoy rod covers, prefer the Rod Glove ones though
  15. you could always go the custom route and potentially get more quality rods for less money
  16. I'm looking at possibly getting a Kistler, not sure which one, and possibly a custom built frog rod.
  17. try bandit lures, they make em in baby bass, and they dive to a bunch of different depths
  18. LOTS OF MONEY!!!!! have lots of stuff I want to buy, a nice fishing kayak being the main one.
  19. Rat-L-Traps, not exactly inexpensive but compared to others in the market, a damned good buy to me, always slams the fish
  20. I use the Camelbak BFM, biggest bag they make, you can fit just about any combo of boxes, bags, binders, etc. that you could possibly want. the only downside with all that space is that, if you're like me, you want to fill it. So you end up taking too much, but its nice know that you have the space if you need it.
