I'm with you Burley. I start hunting(scouting) at least 2 months before season. I know where the Turkey and Deer are and what they are doing long before Opening Morning. Groundhogs and Coyote are Summer fun. Kelley My scouting consists of making sure the deer are still coming out in the fields. In my 20 years of hunting, I've killed three or four deer in the woods. Everything else is in open fields. I detest stalking. If there wasn't a state road cutting through the family farm, there would be food plots everywhere. As it is, I still plant a few here and there just to keep 'em fed. But I'm a little different. Deer hunting is nuisance control around here.

I guess the airlines have waived their height requirements.

I prefer to do my hunting before the season. That way when the season starts, I can start shooting.
