  1. It was 2 lbs. 9 oz.
  2. Fished a tourney Friday night. Caught a nice one, had trouble getting her off the hook and then she managed to flop around in my dry box for a while (don't ask). When I put her in the livewell, she was on her side. Had already been adding a cap full of Please Release Me every couple of hours, so the water was good. Threw some ice in the livewell and closed the lid. 30 minutes later she was upright and quite lively. After the tourney weigh-in, I found a 3 lb. largemouth floating next to the ramp. Picked it up and threw it in the livewell and added another cap of PRM as well as most of my remaining ice. Fish was in bad shape, on it's side and barely moving a fin. After about 30 minutes in the livewell, it was as lively as it probably was when it was caught.
  3. What does eBay have to do with the MSRP of a product? The $250-300 bracket in the Shimano lineup is filled by the Chronarch.
  4. 5.5 oz. isn't cheap. It's the Steez killer.
  5. Try a different location. My Tracker doesn't lose the bottom until I hit 30 MPH.
  6. Fished a tournament last night, stuck around after and fished till 9. Ran 42 miles according to the GPS triplog. Stopped on the way home to fill up the boat, took 6.2 gallons to fill it up. Filled it up on the way to the lake last night. About 40 of those miles were under outboard power. Loving the 90...
  7. There isn't anything to peel on quality optics. And to answer a question from above, the CDM amber lens is a great all-purpose lens. Even on the brightest days the lens does a great job of blocking light transmission.
  8. I run a 19' aluminum with a 21P. 42 MPH GPS at 5250 RPM.
  9. It is extremely user-friendly. The menu is easy to navigate. I honestly do not think there is a better non-SI unit on the market for less than $1000. When I bought mine, I had first picked out a Lowrance 522C. Then I started looking a bit more and the choice came down to the Lowrance HD5 or the 788ci. The Navionics capability as well as the second SD slot made the choice for me.
  10. Wow, I can has scale?
  11. They aren't an Owner.
  12. I think I've seen what you're talking about, just never been able to find one myself.
  13. If you've ever ridden a multi-speed bicyle, you will understand the difference.
  14. ;D Yeah, I'm sure it will be a $99 GLX.
  15. Both are capable of ticking me off. Both cost about the same. I'm much more happier fishing than I ever was playing golf.
  16. Been using it for two months, no complaints as yet.
  17. 10 reels in the boat, only one isn't a Shimano. Four Kistlers, one Quantum, one e21, one Fenwick, one BPS PQ, One Falcon, one Okuma, one dick Custom Deluxe
  18. That was on the way home. We didn't see daylight on the way down until we got to the lodge.
  19. I wish mine had Merc stickers instead of Tracker.
  20. I bet I could fit 200 of those in my rod locker. I wonder if they come in different powers & actions. How much 15 lb. flouro will they hold?
  21. Hmmm, how about overinflated.com ? :-X
  22. What information would that be? Quality over quantity.
