Co-Angler Tackle
I never bring more than 6 rods with me on the back of the boat. Soometimes, thats too much and really just gets in the way for me. I used to take allllllll kinds of stuff in 2 seperate bags lol however i did just buy a 3700 Guide Series bag that seems to be the ticket (stays between my legs). I dont like strapping my rods together though. I feel like the chances of bending or breaking a guide are too good. One thing i always do is ask my boater how much space will be available for me. A lot of the time the storage box behind the passenger seat is designated for the non boater. I usually put my rain coat or extra clothing in there, maybe some soft plastics, and cell phone, keys etc...Ive found that all my crap gets in MY way more than the boaters.

Best Retrieve For Popr Topwater
I do good with either retrieve. Like he said, its what they want. But, i do better with a fast, pop walk walk walk pop walk, type of retrieve. I do it fast and mix it up alot

Drones???
The thought of where our technology is headed in the future , is scary. I truly believe our technology will destroy us (my opinion). Maybe a drone will come put the chips in our skin in a couple of years lol. I do think it would be intersting to fly one around a small lake looking for spots!

Joining A Club, Need Advice
Are you joining a BASS or FLW club? If BASS, which club are you joining? I was so nervous my first meeting. I literally had no one to talk to or ask questions about anything. I searched on the Internet and found some numbers and started making calls lol first few tournaments were awful. I felt like none liked me or they just didn't want to like me. All but 3 are old geezer lol now after a couple years I have some people who are there to help me and have my back. They always try and take care of me whether it be not taking any money or making sure I get my 5th fish. Be patient in the beginning. Give the guys time to get to know you, and socialize with everyone.

Check Ur Dicks Sporting Goods
I just jacked the other store in my area. Wiped them out on CutR worms, KVD frogs, and one LC 78 pointer. Also grabbed a few packs of missile tomahawk worms. I love some sweet deals.

Deciding On A A Rig
Another vote for Hog Farmers. Expensive, but worth it for a good one. I also like the Picasso's.

Check Ur Dicks Sporting Goods
Scored some suffix 832 300 yd $16. It was half off of $32. Some 12lb Berkeley 100% for I think 6 or $8 and a thing of tungsten 1/16 oz weight for like a buck and some change. It was like 50% off of everything clearance ending in .43 and so on. Good heads! Like you all say, they don't advertise which sucks. Someone had been in the store though because all the good stuff like tungsten and the 832 braid was gone. I got the last 832. I gotta check the other store tomorrow! They sell the good stuff!

1St Tournament
I think my best advice on top of all that, is to just FISH. Do what you know, and throw things that you are familiar witth. Too many times in the bebinning i got caught up buying dumb baits i heard were good. First time throwing them in a tournament? Not always good lol dont get caught up on what other people are doing or thinking to yourself, are they catching fish? Ive settled down since and i have done much much better! Have fun too!

2015 Rods
I treated my self to a dobyns 703c and I just bought a 705cbmf. I plan to get 2 more before the end of March to start the season off The right way!! I'm pretty excited for this season. I have completely different setups.

Dobyns Glass 705Cbmf Vs. 705Cb
Who can tell me the differences in the two? Obviously the mf is a M/F action, but which do you prefer and for which technique. I was wanting the 705cb and instead snagged a 705cbmf off the flea for decent price. I intended this to be for square bills mainly. Anyways just wanted a little info on the two. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Rod Sleeves
When i first saw them i thought, I could make that! Then I read somewhere someone making some, but never did see that again. Is that something you would share with us? I think mine are made by Rod Glove also, and ilike them.

One $200+ Rod, Or Two $100 Rods?
I'd recommend buying the best rod you can buy. I wish I would have went that route to begin with, because now I'm selling off to get what I really want (Robyn's). Especially for bottom contact fishing. That extra sensitivity in a good blank is well worth the extra bread. With all that said, my Veritas rods, to me, are pretty sensitive. I think a lot of other people would agree. Do you have any rods in mind?

Changes In Equipment Just For The People Who Must Have The Latest ?
I'm a brand name kind of person, and that's how I was raised. We didn't have anything, off brand. That's one of the things about my childhood I wish I didn't carry today. The mentality that you have to have the newest and best. Unfortunately I still carry my roots lol I just bought a Hudd gill today and had waited til 12pm to order. I don't know why? I dont need that right now, but man they look GREAT!!
