  1. Gambler little ez in big money, ghost shad or ice breaker. Lots of good colors
  2. They do have specific properties. Reaction is more stretch and manageable with small diameter. Perfect for cranks. Flipping fc is similar to shooter but has portions dyed chartreuese to aid line watching. Structure fc has very low stretch and abrasion resistance as its designed for dragging offshore structure and shell beds.
  3. Just got mine yesterday and its slightly smaller than the first tatula model. Not a real big difference.
  4. Gambler little ez. Comes in great colors and has good action and is very durable. Not to mention they come with good garlic scent. Have had more success with swimjigs when i switched to them from keitechs.
  5. Ive used cx a lot. Pretty sensitive and low stretch with good abrasion resistance. Ive had no managability issues. You can drop a line size as their pound test is overrated.
  6. Offer a day out on the water and maybe youll make a new fishing partner. I wouldn't accept cash for returning someones property
  7. Sigh... March madness
  8. I'm trying sun line armilo this year in 13 pounds. Diameter is nearly same as sun lines premium fluoros but has better manageability and low stretch
  9. Just set your oven on 250 and put your line in there for 15 minutes....itll be just like new.
  10. Top 97% If i had played wisconsin like my gut told me I would probably be 99.
  11. I have the 771 mrb and I found the regular action to be more like a mod fast to fast. I stopped using it for crankbaits but the action would be good for spinnerbaits and the like.
  12. Ill find a similar priced lure in my next TW order and do likewise. Good luck!
  13. Ive uses the mustad big mouth hook and its not different from any of their ewg hooks. If i dont have a rock solid hookset I wont get a hook in em
  14. Ive started a just for fun bracket group on capital one marchness madness bracket challenge http://bracketchallenge.ncaa.com/ There is also an app from capital one you can use. Group name : Bass Resource Group password: Birdsnest (case sensitive) Come play and brag!
  15. Thanks guys! I felt like Bill Lowen for a minute, I would have stripped if it wasnt dumping the rain. Glide baits are much more fun to throw and fish than I expected. Very visual and suspensful. Also the types of retrieves you can use mixes it up.
  16. Went out yesterday in the pouring rain to fish a grassy pond with an swaver 168. Ive never caught anything with a swim/glidebait before. Water temps were 52 warming to 53. This was my first, hit while on the pause. Later I had another swipe and miss. Then this happened I glided the trout to the side and then she smashed it...i saw my swaver take off down and to the side. Almost ties my p.b. at 5 pound 9 ounce Wind picked up and I couldn't hold my yak and fish the swaver so i switched to a spro john and killed a bunch of one pounders on the pause.
  17. Spro aruku has a chart black back
  18. Ive seen guys in my club do it and catch fish. One guy has it on deck as a follow up to his flukes. Bass will sometimes swipe and bail on a fluke, but a smaller more subtle 3 inch stickworm will get bit when fished like a soft jerkbait
  19. Hows the reel seat? How does it compare to tatula reel seat?
  20. Did anyone see this rod coming? Im interested in picking one up but there arent many available models. Has anyone experienced one yet? Daiwa said this will be the exclusive rod of Randy Howell this year but he told his gopro he was using steez xt at classic.
  21. Im thinking of taking off and taking my girlfriend up to see the bass classic bracket on the Niagara in mid july. Does anyone know where they would be launching and weighing in from? I want to find a hotel/casinos and good eats near the launch.
  22. Id sell them for money But thats just me
  23. Mines small,Im not going to take a picture of it.
