I use bait mate fish attractant bass, the cheap on you get at academy. I need to find a new brand because it falls off after two casts. It's a big oil slick on the water. What do you use?

I'm having trouble with this. When I fish a search bait like a crank bait ,rattle trap, spinnerbait, and buzzbait I cover a lot of water, but I don't get anything to commit to my baits. When I fish a plastic or a jig I don't find the fish fast, but it is more effective. How should I get over this problem? Also, what are your favorite havoc baits? Has anyone tried the wide load?

One time my dad's friend, also the pastor of our old church took up fishing on his boat. We were using blue with firetail 5 inch curly tail worms. We cast to a fish attracter and I caught my first bass. It was a dink but I was hooked about fishing.

When the little stripe are up shallow I like to use the 1/8 ounce white version.

Never have been on a good spinnerbait bite. That's a nice spinnerbait fish.

Crappie, bluegill, white bass, stocked trout, and catfish. I fish for whatever will be up shallow and in big numbers. I want to be a tournament pro so I bass fish almost every day.

Shaky head or Texas rig. Catch em just about anywhere.

If it is really windy switch to a heavier weight.
