  1. Nice bro, Instant results!!! Love it, can't wait to get mine on Thursday!!!!
  2. right back in the bag they came from, I always carry some super glue with me too. Anytime I catch a fish if there is a small tear on the bait I glue it up then back out it goes.
  3. Dont feel bad man, they were catching fish you were fishing for fish. Any foo can stick some live bait on a hook and catch something.
  4. Nothing like a nice Fatty!
  5. My Grandfather and Great Grandfather would probably say the same thing
  6. You guys talking about all kinds of fish or just Bass? I always thought Bass tasted like dirt.
  7. Whats your budget like? I just purchased a kayak as well and plan on getting a fishfinder soon. I've been looking at down imaging, Humminbird 698ci HD SI Combo. Just researched CHIRP tech and from what I can tell Down Imaging looks better. Honestly I think which ever one you choose including the one without CHIRP will serve you well. Down Imaging and CHIRP just seem like really cool features but not a necessity.
  8. Big Baits catch Big fish, congrats 8-9lbs
  9. This This This and just to clarify THIS THIS THIS
  10. Thanks Jim, I wonder if the beer can fish would catch anything. I might tie it up just to see the action lol
  11. Ever since I switched to 50lb braid I haven't lost a lure : ) Sometimes I do get snagged and wined up dragging half a small tree out of the water along with my lure lol
  12. I went on TW to pick up some roboworms and saw a review stating the new roboworms do not float anymore. Is there any truth to this? Also I see a lot of people saying this is there go to drop shot bait or shakey head bait. I pretty much fish exclusively texas rigged. These should be just fine Texas Rigged right?
  13. Totally irrelevant question but do these baits smell like bacon?
  14. Hammer, Nails, Safety goggles.
  15. NY has quite a few stocked Reservoirs. As far as the color I'm a firm believer of a meal is a meal for a bass no matter what color.
  16. Bought the Bluegill color last Monday, caught a 6lber the following thursday.
  17. I never owned a Cuda but I was going to purchase one until I found the Big Tuna. The Cuda 14 is a very stable platform thats tracks well with a great seat from what I've read.
  18. I fish exclusively with braid, never thought about or needed a leader. My fishing style doesn't really call for it though(top water, swimbaits, and texas rigged creature baits).
  19. 1099 After the 200 discount? If so then yea 2bills off for some minor dents is pretty good. Where did you purchase it? Native Slayer 12 was one of the yaks I was looking at before I decided I wanted a tandem fishing yak. I'm sure you'll love it! Hopefully receiving mine soon, I went with the Jackson Big Tuna. I look forward to seeing it all rigged up.
  20. Ooooo looks old, in the "Box" it goes!
  21. Glad you guys enjoyed the pics. This collection has been in my family for a long long time. It's very rare to come across people who actually appreciate some of the history in that box!
  22. I used to fish with Storm Swimbaits for years using a steady retrieve before I discovered the higher end Swimbaits. These were the guys I used.
  23. I use Zoom Super Salt Plus Ol' Monster 10.5" worms. Plenty of colors to choose from, decent durability, and best of all.....cheap!
