I've been getting bit very well on the glide bait but landing ratio has been horrible. I bet I only get 30-40% of glide fish to the boat; all others come off on first jump. I fish a lot of cranks and have no issues there so I don't think I'm playing them wrong. Of course the baits are 2-3 oz so the fish have a lot of leverage. I've been throwing a Waver 168. My thought is to swap the hooks. The stock hooks are a very thick wire hook and I don't think I'm getting a good hookset. They look to be made to hold the new world record but I'm catching 2-4 lbers Thoughts?

Actually, I have some of the clear that I never use. I'll pour a little of this into the chart to get me by this weekend.

I have a bottle of Chart JJ's Magic that I don't use as often as I should. Most of the liquid has evaporated off; leaving a dark, condensed liquid in the bottom. Has anyone had luck adding water or some other liquid to this to get some more use out of it? As it's getting hotter here, the water is getting more and more green and I've had good luck using this when it gets this way. It's still very liquid, not thick so I would imagine it would thin out and come back...??

You did the right thing. The way I see it is, everything over the legal limit are fish that some kid can't catch now.

Some of you may remember a thread I made about my other, and arguably first, love. Well a buddy of mine, who is way more tech saavy than I, made a nice vid for me from footage from my last show this past month. Came in pretty lean; around 5-5.5% (I'm in Royal Blue) I have my last of the year in Sept. I plan on coming in a little heavier/fuller for that one. Any bodybuilders out there?
