  3. Hello, Is anyone using this ? Ive seen videos with it on a basstracker 170 it seems to work great ,When i called them they recommend 2 units , Is that really necessary ? Thanks
  4. I know this is a little old but I got the same answer from micro pole too, but on the video they show a basstracker with only one and it seems to do fine ???
  5. You need to have a live well in the boat .. And the most important part is the club , I have a 16ft Lowe Skorpion with a 20hp merc and some clubs don't want me ,because it's too small...

  8. Nice write up, I have 5 lews,, 2 lites and like them all I will say the lews lite TLL1H is a great all around reel .. It weights 5.7 oz and very comfortable ..
  9. the attwood braided launch line is 3/8 and 30 ft, I think it floats too... Just got mine today ......

  11. Are you talking about the Lews lite speed spool Silver with gold highlites ? The team gold is a spinning reel .......

  13. My worm rod is also my jig rod , So I use the lites , But both reels are great so you can't go wrong with either ......
  14. I use my lites on my worm and jerk bait rods, on my topwater I use my tournament pro and on my swim-bait I use my BB1 pro....
  15. Thanks guys , I ended up ordering an attwood braided launch line it 30' so no problem there .. It looks like it will do the job for my aluminum boat ..

  20. Make sure that the lake isn't classified as car top only as most expect smaller boats ..........
  21. Look at the Lowes Stinger and Stryker first I have the skorpion which is on par with the 165 but the build quality is better IMO the deck is all metal and it's a bit wider ... Worth looking at since I think they all come in close to each other cost wise.. what ever you decide ..Good luck

  23. I own 5 of the GL2s and have no plans on getting rid of them ,They're is always something better right around the corner LOL......
