I like to sometimes take white plastics & add them to bags of GYCB plastics and create different colors ( gycb ) bleeds good dye out.. File down the lips on pop r's though not my ideal.

Depends on the size of the swim jig / hook, I use different ones, on my lite wire, I use a grub or a big hammer swim tail.. If I'm swimming/ killing a bigger presentation, I do like the rage craw & like C&G said you can trim it back if you need/ want to.

Try a T-rig, I only use jigs in rocky areas, sand flats or pea gravel, brush... When it's that weedy, I'm throwing a Trigged plastic of some sort..

I never had real issues with mono or co- poly, it's what I've always used.. I do flip a bit with 50 braid, but not often, I guess it's what one likes & or has confidence in.

Yea, I'm really fond of the direct drive though.. I really am surprised that Daiwa & Shimano have not made this feature avail on all of the reels yet.. I mean the presidents at $60 has it, the Ex looks like a good alternative to the Ci4+ @ less money too.. Plus not so sure about the whole nano magnetic oil concept, I don't hear much on it either.

Are you talking about mono? Big game is mono, as far as the nuclear green I found out years ago it's brittle line, doesn't hold a knot well... Stick with clear or normal green.
