  1. Just started bass fishing 2 years ago caught my first bass on a senko and been hooked since then. Pb so far is a 3.7lb large mouth caught on kvd jerkbait at wyandotte county lake. Some of my favorite methods are, wacky, drop shot, and Texas. Been reading bass resource forums for a while now but just made an account a few months ago. Seems like a great community. Thanks ahead for all the future tips/help guys.
  2. I'm also in a union and I know where your coming from. The last Step is taking it to management. Sit down and have a talk with this guy if nothing changes, bring it up with your union president and let them take care of it
  3. Can't go wrong with small hook and berkly powebait just add a split shot or two so your bait is about 2 foot off the bottom
  4. I tend to favor 5 foot ultralights when fishing crappie around docks, but for when im using a bobber and minnow iI'll step it up to a 7 foot or 69 medium light helps pick up line quicker wthere'theres a breeze
  5. always have a map chart of water depths gives me an idea of what to throw
  6. out there throwing robo worm on drop shot got a few hits couldn't tell if it was trout or bass, that wind and rain was killer
  7. a buddy of mine fishes longview, mostly shore he does pretty good with just stick worms and spinnerbaits from spring to fall. don't over look longview lake, he cnr's 4-5 pounders every year
  8. The only time I use yama senkos are when I texas rig they just have that nice wiggle on the drop, for wacky big bit baits makes some pretty nice stick worms 25 pack for 5.99 and cant beat price on that.
  9. thanks man i was just at melvern last saturday decided to do some crappie fishing and brought along a drop shot rig but most of it was still covered in ice, gotta go back now

  12. anyone know If most of the big lakes are thawed out yet? perry, Clinton, melvern ?
