Were You A Natural, Or Start Like Me?
Just started bass fishing 2 years ago. But I've been fishing since I was little. I remember when we would go out and fish crappie in the spring, when you caught a bass it was like oh man another bass.... now its total joy seeing that bass at the end of your line funny how things change haha

Need Advice On Crankbait Making
Well I want to start making my own cranks and was wondering how well the screw in hook eyes held up compared to the wire through middle. My thought is if I go with screw type hook eyes will they hold after a few fish or will the wood get stripped pretty quick. The wire seems more solid to me but looks like a pain for someone new. Any input would be appreciated thanks.

Re: Wyandotte County Lake
Hoping the fall bite will be just as good as the spring. Been trying for 3 years to get a 4 pounder from there this year I came close with a 3.7 (the one in my profile pic) it's just been nothing but dinks after that.

Suggest A Mh Cranking Rod
Powell diesel crank rod 7 mh mf. It handles squarebills up to medium divers nicely also lipless cranks to. Super light for a low budget rod. Only drawback is no warranty. But you can find it on sale for around 50 bucks.

Walking A Frog?
i dont think frogs were made to walk like spooks and poppers but i may be wrong. most of my bites have been from a slow retrieve with twitches or a fast jerking motion with rod tip down. i like a 7mh fast or ex fast rod, mono line

How Do You Rig A Senko With Shrink Tubing: Heated, Unheated, Pierce It, Slide Under It?
kinda hard to say tcbass because i switch out lures alot. dont have a dedicated senko pole. but if im using gary yama senkos i may loose one once in a while, but most of them tear up befor i can loose them. other brands like yum, big bites, sk. i find that if i hook them 1/4 of the way in then go around the tube they stay on till it gets snaged or i decided to swtich colors. have you tried super glueing the shrink wrap or oring onto your senko?

How Do You Rig A Senko With Shrink Tubing: Heated, Unheated, Pierce It, Slide Under It?
i just use cheap air hose tubing similar to the aquarium pump but just bigger, can be found at most hardware store. its a thight fit so you have to work it on slower but it doesnt slide as much as an Oring dont seem to loose to many senkos like this.

Are You A "better" Fisherman Alone Or With Others?
i think when im alone theres no sense of urgency so i take my time fish slower, read the water more carefully, i can pull up to a spot and spend 1 hour fishing it or until i know i cant get a strike and move on usualy with other people we just make a few cast say oh no fish and move on.
