  1. Some of the soft body frogs might work for you. check out the big bite baits swimming momma ?
  2. Welcome, enjoy the forums.
  3. Looks great, nice job!
  4. Been using sniper for years and really like it. Depending on cover I use 14 lb up to 20 lb .
  5. This probably won’t help much, but... I fish clear waters, with visibility in the 3 to 9 ft usually. I have experimented with rattles for years now and have not noticed any difference in catch rate +/-. It works both ways. You’ll have to experiment on your own, to come to a conclusion I believe.
  6. I have and use the Jackall Kaera Frog, booyah, and spro hollow body frogs. Of the three I use most, I’d recommend in this order for you. The booyah is the softest great hookup % and least expensive. The Kaera Frog is slightly smaller profile but still weighs 1/2 oz. The spro is my favorite, but I fish it on a heavy rod with braid. Hope this helps some.
  7. My favorite for years now, the Owner Rig N Hook size 4/0
  8. 1/2 and 3/8 mostly for me.
  9. Welcome back! Enjoy the forums!
  10. Powell Inferno swimbait 7’6” cork grip, $20 less then the fury. Rated up to 3 oz and shorter handle which I like best.
  11. This is what they look like in my area.
  12. Can you do it, yes. will it work, yes. Do I do it, no.
  13. According to the BBWC 7.28 Caught on a 4” pit boss pitched into pads.
  14. No , never joined. Been lmb fishing pretty much every weekend excluding winter the past 4 decades now. Just for the joy and relaxation it brings me.
  15. Welcome, enjoy the forums....and fishing once more!
  16. Nice bass, congrats. Enjoy the high!
  17. I also like the smaller 7/16 oz better. Caught a lot of bass over the years with this and it is easier towork it under the surface at about 6” then the 3/4 The 3/4 model better for waking as said. I do upgrade The trebles with mine.
  18. Hello, enjoy the forums.
  19. I use all three. mostly flouro, some braid, and a little mono. I don’t use leaders.
