Props to Megabass.

Do you wear a "buff" when fishing? and let's see it if so.
Those are the new STORMR UV gloves. They come in two different models- One with an open vented palm and the other with a more durable material on the palm and index finger. Check them out! They are cool, fit well, and don't move around and slide down during the day.

Fitzgerald Hd Stunner
Late post but I have a few Fitzgerald Rods. 2 Stunners and the Bryan Thrift Signature Chatterbait rod. I love all of them. You'd do yourself a disservice to not at least check them out. The build quality is VERY high on these rods

What Line & Setups For Tourney
You "finally" got some rods and reels? Didnt you just make a post 2 weeks or so ago about having 14 NRXs? The fish are prespawn on Lake Fork?

best 4" swimbait
Keitechs for me. MAJOR bonus points for me to a bait that comes in a clamshell package. It gets so old pulling a bag of Skinny Dippers out where 3/4 of the baits have kinked tails...

Jerkbait rod preference
Another vote for the Megabass Orochi XX Jerkbait Special. There's just something about that rod. Loads very well, is just right for imparting subtle action to a bait, and keeps fish on.

Please eat BASS!
I live 3 blocks from the ocean and 10 minutes from one of the largest seafood ports on the East Coast. That, coupled with the fact that I only harvest fish i plan on eating means that Largemouth all go back where they came form...

Shimano conquest vs metanium
Metanium, not a question for me. Nothing against the conquest at all.

Megabass Magdraft
I spent 3 days throwing a 10" one in February. It's an awesome bait that's easy to fish and holds up well. We did a lot of skipping and the bait held up very well. I caught my Personal best freshwater striper on it another guy on the trip caught 2 9lbers in the same day... I've also fished the 6" model quite a bit here at home and have caught some really nice fish on it.

What's the craziest thing you've found in a bass?
I do the exact same thing. I've been collecting them in a big bag to melt down into stickbaits

What's the craziest thing you've found in a bass?
Just yesterday I was throwing a dropshot around in a pond and got a bite, set the hook, and, and missed the fish. Put a Roboworm back on and made the same cast and instantly got bit. When I landed the fish i looked down into its mouth and saw a few brown circular objects that looked kind of like snails. As I'm looking, this fish begins to regurgitate 2 Senkos AND the Roboworm that he just bit off the cast before. Glad to see he was able to get these out of his system and wish I would have got it on video.

Kind of disappointed in Dobyns
Hate to break it to you, but you pay that increase or more on most of what you ever buy... Side note- The thing that I think people don't take into consideration when it comes to cost of production of a product vs the retail price is just how much more goes into it than "Make this for X, sell it for Y, profit Z"
-
Kind of disappointed in Dobyns
Would the same apply to purchasing a pair of $30 pants off of the clearance rack and then attempting to exchange them for a pair of $50 pants on the "New Spring arrivals" Rack?
-
Kind of disappointed in Dobyns
If I were them, I would be hesitant to set a precedent. Anyone could just buy any rod they could find in a close out sale and exchange it for whatever model they really wanted. You may not think that they "lose money" but it all adds up.

Buzzbait on flouro?
Flouro is the one line type i would not fish a buzzbait on...

rather have a squarebill or lipless when fishing wood? And why/
squarebill no question for me

Uncle Josh - Discontinuing Pork Trailers
They are a "huge deal" here in the surfcasting market of the Northeast. People have been stockpiling them as have the shops since the announcement that they will no longer make them.... That said, I've used them a few times but stick to other plastic trailers and have never wished I had a pork trailer instead. They work very well, but for me so do a lot of other trailers.

Is 15lb flouro to big for 1/4 and 3/8 oz crankbaits?
I use 10# Flouro as well for what you are doing.

First impression is it's a really nice bait. Seems well made. I LOVE the Brown trout pattern as well, but it would be a wall hanger for me, no trout around here but there sure is a lot of perch
