  1. Fluke's right. As I mentioned in another Vick post, if you can't do the time, don't do the crime. Unless you're Snoop Dogg, or a rich celebrity who has enough money to avoid the law.
  2. That's hilarious Badkarma ;D Perhaps they could round up Terrell Owens, Randy Moss and Pac Man Jones, and then send Michael Vick out there, and during a game, the police could bust in and arrest the whole team.
  3. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.
  4. I've never played, but I'd be interested in playing if you happen to have any more open positions. I'm a quick learner.
  5. Pick up lines are funny ;D, but LBH is right, guys.
  6. I recently fished a 7 and 1/2 acre lake that was newly built. It had bass around 8-10 inches and catfish around 12 inches. It's all about resetting the the food cycle , everywhere from the zooplankton, to the minnows, smaller gamefish, and then larger gamefish. I'd give it a little bit of time and it will probably establish itself again.
  7. Wow, what concerns people had then ;D How I wish hotel rooms were $15 a night and haircuts were 50 cents. I just spent $9.00 for a haircut yesterday. Maybe someday milk will go down too.
  8. Was so...wait, no, you're right. LBH, you got owned by a Floridian. I've heard they have big peacocks down there. ;D
  9. Two thumbs up!
  10. I usually deep fry or fry my fish, so I can't help you with the recipe. I've not kept largemouth or smallmouth, but usually, I will keep trout. Those have a very mild taste, not a strong fishy taste. One of the key reasons I don't keep bass is I've heard they have a strong taste, such as salmon, and I don't care for a strong flavor. The reason I like the trout is almost any way you cook them, they don't have a real bad fishy taste. Anyway, that's my recommendation.
  11. It is cheap, admittedly, but I still like the play. Maybe I'm just a cheap guy ;D
  12. Man, what a great play! Notice that he, nor the coach, never called a timeout. I love trick plays.
  13. Gas here is around $2.59 - $2.64 a gallon. Milk is $3.80.
  14. Troutfisher replied to Catt's topic in Everything Else
I saw that too... ;D Good ad, Catt.
  15. Now now, Avid, ask nicely, ;D How do you get in on this giveaway? I'd like to participate.
  16. That, my friend, is the biggest stumbling block for most members going... ;D
  17. I've got three tanks, one 29 gallon with community freshwater fish, a 20 gal with more aggressive fish, and one small hexagon tank with a beta fighting fish in it. Never have had oscars though, but I've heard they're very aggressive.
  18. Probably sitting on some street corner singing the blues with a sign that says "Spare change please." Or, maybe he's now giving his advice like Lucy does off of Charlie Brown: For 5 cents, the psychiatrist is in! ;D
  19. Wow, I've never seen any of those fish before! Very neat!
  20. It's gonna be lonely here without ya, Muddy...
  21. I usually fish in large shallow lakes for carp, usually with a silt bottom.
  22. Hey, I tried that when the mods and Glenn and everyone went to Lake Fork, but with the threat of being banned, I decided not to. For now.... :-X
