La Gloria Corona Gorda & Fuente 858 are my "go to" favs. Great smokes at a relatively reasonable price.
  4. Good advice noway....fortunately I have a good friend that is going to do the same for me. I also learned alot from the good folks here at BR during the Fork trip. I'm really excited about the boat but it will be a while before I open it up all the way. I will be taking it slow to start. BTW it checked out better than I thought.......only 55 hours on the engine and a clean bill of health. Transaction to take place in the morning. 8-)
  5. Muddy's a good one.....really nice gesture! Now about that shirt......

I'm no brainiac on computer stuff but my sons are. They put me on Firefox a number of years ago and it works really well for me. Not sure what they did but everything (ie you tube etc,,,) works for me.
  7. Enjoy the new set up and may you catch many fishes alot of them being really big!
  8. It's at the shop being checked out and if all is OK (it's really clean so I'm reasonably sure it will) I just got me my first bass boat. It's a 2003 Skeeter w/ 175 HP Yamaha HPDI.....red and silver sparklie colors.....I am all fired up!!!! So here's the warning for all you Ky Lake and Lake Barkley fisherpeople......I'm a learnin so no laughin at me if you see me at the ramp strugglin....and if you see me on the water best to go way wide of me.....or just turn around and run ;D:o ;D:o Here's my question for Fluke & LBH.....Can you guys tell me again where the brake pedals are on these things or do I just have to hope Fluke is always at the dock to stop the thing? :)
  9. A ROD!!!!!!!!!! Player of the Week!!!!!!!! Who da thunk it! :o
  10. Jim Rome on his radio show today interviewed Brooks Robinson. I always knew he was a great guy but never heard him before. What a class act he is. One of the all time greats and a great ambassador for the Orioles!
  11. Shimano Symetre 2500 or Stradic 2500.....case closed....JMHO
  12. HOLY MACKERAL!!! A-Rod belts a walk off grand slam w/ 2 outs in the 9th....could it be this is the year........ :o :o :o
  13. Hey Muddy....don't forget about my Vols....we're 3-1 against the 2x Nat'l Champ Gators the past two years.
  14. Stay away from Bruce Pearl and my Vols ;D
  15. And this from the guy that won't visit his Mom in KY...................... something about having too many teeth.. Seriously though.....I think its a great hire....he's a very good recruiter which should be awesome with the KY program....KY will be back with a vengance...JMHO I agree Fisher of Men....this is a kick in the butt for the Aggie program
  16. Slow start for the pinstripes....UGH....losses to the D Rays and Orioles :'(....thank goodness there are 159 more games to go. Igawa is up next, I'm really interested to see how that goes Nice start for the Amazins Muddy....How did they look to you in person tonight Bassmasta....you got to see some offense!!!.....Glavine vs Smoltz tomorrow should be fun......
  17. Ugh....then we lose to the D Rays :'(
  18. I have a Shimano Symetre 750 as my ultra lite reel. $80. I am very happy with it.
  19. Yozuri Hybrid Ultra Soft.....#6 on spinning and #12 on baitcast ....except #12 Trilene XL on crankbait rig
  20. Raul.....thanks for that explanation. It makes very good sense especially as explained from the standpoint of your professional experience. I for one had no idea there were different types of points....pretty interesting stuff. Now I have one complaint....why do you keep giving that monkey my address...he's knocking on my door again ;D ;D ;D
  21. Ditto for me. Another wise suggestion from the Roadwarrior.
  22. Specifically, Avid AS70MF/ Shimano Stradic 2500FH. This is the ticket
  23. Ahhhhh Muddy, I wouldn't have it any other way........as a diehard Yankee fan we're used to being ragged on by everyone that is not a Yankee fan....it just comes with the territory. KU even ragged on us a few posts back then his team went on to beat those Red Sox.....always a welcome gesture to the Yankee Nation......Thanks to KU and his Royals! ;D ;D
  24. I would love to see Bernie last forever....however there is a time to retire.......they gave him the "farewell year" last year and he performed admirably with dignity and class. Both the Yankees and Bernie showed alot of class last year which was intended to be his final year. As for the 16 years he was paid handsomely and treated with alot of respect by the fans and the orginization. He will not have to worry about his next meal and will be shown all kinds of love and gratitude at old timers day every year. Bernie should be equally thankful for the opportunity to play for one team his whole career, a team that did what it took to keep him that long in a day and age where players move at the drop of a free agent hat. Bernie and the Yankees has been a great partnership that we don't see too often any longer

Muddy.....that has to be the longest definition of a four letter word that I've ever seen
