  1. Gotcha! I know this is asking a lot, but is there any chance you could post a pic of the two (blaze craw, bama craw) next to eachother?
  2. Is the daiwa drag not sufficient? What makes upgrading worth it?
  3. Yeah I noticed about 2 seconds after I posted the question. Whoops!
  4. Sorry to hijack the thread, but what does the bubble blade do that the standard blade doesn’t? Thanks!
  5. Blaze craw looks similar to bama craw, right? I have a bunch of bama craw jigs from you and love them.
  6. Anyone have a link to the new siebert Megalodon?
  7. Gotcha. Thanks! Were you losing fish and lures with FC due to snags? Were you losing fish because they would wrap you up in vegetation?
  8. Thank you! To clarify, are you saying that invizx has more stretch than tatsu?
  9. Thanks! I assume most if not all modern reels use carbon drags, right?
  10. Very cool! Does it get in the way at all while fishing?
  11. Thank you! That’s good to know! I did find great deals on tatsu on Amazon. Almost too good to be true prices for 1000yd spools. As far as sniper, are you saying that tatsu has better abrasion resistance than sniper?
  12. @bulldog1935 what is that hook keeper in the bottom picture?
  13. Do any reels have metal thumb bars? I assumed they were all plastic.
  14. I’ve never heard of doing this. Here in Florida we don’t have an “off” season. We can fish year round. I’d be really interested to hear @Delaware Valley Tackletake on this since he repairs reels for a living. Personally I would expect modern reels not to need it, but I could be wrong. Does it make a difference if it’s casting or spinning reels?
  15. So do you use FC line for any techniques? Or braid on everything? Really curious! So do you use FC line for any techniques? Or braid on everything? Really curious!
  16. Anyone else have any experience with both lines?
  17. I’m assuming you don’t snell an ewg hook do you? @Mike L I personally use straight shank “flippin” hooks for most of my Texas rigs and anytime I use a straight shank I use a snell knot. Interesting. Are you using a straight shank flippin hook on your punch rigs? @J._Bricker
  18. @Zcoker Cool! What coast? I’m in south Florida too.
  19. @WRB forgive me, but can you explain what you mean by “reel set”?
  20. You fishing in south Florida? Am I missing something? Am I missing something?
