I'm still using 8 pound on 4 spinning reels. No issue. Just spool them up and fish. I switch it out every spring. I have had zero line issues.

Ok. So last weekend I scratched the crap out of my strike king S11's. Was fishing a tournament, didn't have anything in the boat for cleaning. Used my t-shirt and now they are toast. Mistake on my part, but hey fishing was good and I wasn't thinking about the glasses just wanted them cleaned of my sweat. So what do you guys keep in the boat for cleaning up your sunglasses? I won't make it over to St Clair for probably a month. I was on Portage and Manistee over the weekend. Slow but manage to do alright. Pike only got one chatterbait and a few spinnerbaits.

We always used corn. Buy a cheap can. Small hook like blue bass said I use a couple good size split shot to get it down to the bottom. Chum the water a bit with corn if legal.
