What size and type swimbait? Also what weight and type of jig? What brand of tubes and jigs do you like? My spring break is in early April.

Im going fishing at Trinity lake this spring break and seeing that there was already a post about it with no replies i would just like to know what the fish are biting in northern california around that time, Thanks for any replies!-

As the title says what's your favorite lure to use even if your not catching any thing on it ? Mine has to be a strike king red eye shad.

Grande bass flash for one I've never cuaght any thing on them though.

I went fishing at santa clause lane in carpentaria for barred surf perch for the first time and me and my brother caught some nice ones fishing Carolina rigged sand crabs that we dug up, Anyways we only caught 8 but we weren't there for very long and only got one pic, Hope this helps ...

For me a 7ft. med. action cranking rod,A 6.4:1 reel, 10-12lb. mono,And lures like spro little john 1/2OZ and strike king kvd squarebills,- for me thats what i have luck on.

Try cranking a strike king 5xd or 6xd in colors like chart.sexy shad,sexy shad,and gizzard shad- And be sure there rattling for river fishing.

Deffently Yamamoto can tell by the pattern and the eyes.

Zoom and Gyb each have a good variety of types and colors but roboworm have great finesse type soft plastics those are the main 3 company's of soft plastics I use.
