Keep all you guys want, I dint care. The point is the law is unjust. Ley people take or not take fish, but you can't sit here and tell then (by law) that they have to do one or the other. That's just stupid, and frankly, nearly unconstitutional.

You are certainly in for a good time. If you want to fish Norman, which is a good size lake, I imagine (I'm not sure, I've never been) that having a kayak would be a game changer. You can always look on Craigslist for used kayaks or check out the Ascend FS12T. A solid value, and even better if you can find it used, and if you didn't like it you wouldn't be out too much money. But I bet you'll be hard pressed to not enjoy yourself. Good luck!

Orlando was OK. Pigeon Forge is a good one. Even when it comes to groceries, WalMart can get bent for all I care.

I watched a guy at BPS demonstrate them in the tank and I was sold. I bought a pack of 4" Crazy Legs Chigger Craws shortly thereafter. They will bight the appendages off, but they really like that thing, and they seem to throw themselves at it.

Fish even against the bank will relate to some sort of structure. That's how you get high percentage areas and "spot on the spot" situations. They're is deeper water nearby, and a pathway to that deeper water in the form of a ditch, a channel, or all sorts of other contours.
