  1. How do you get fish that small hooked?? Ahhh, Ned rig!! That's what you guys are always talking about.
  2. Well at least you caught the fish.
  3. Kudos to you. Those are some fine looking hawgs.

Women don't understand how a man with 2 perfectly good kidneys can say he can't afford to buy her a new fur coat. Anyone who says their wedding days was the best day of their life, has obviously never had 2 candy bars fall down at once from a vending machine. 2 friends talking: Guy1: My wife left me for my best friend. Guy2: I thought I was your best friend. Guy1: You were, now its him.
  5. Noooooooooooo............
  6. She couldn't find any cushions. Only orange pillows.
  7. I'm glad this story had a good ending. I sorta know how you felt when you realized you left your rod behind. I've done that with many tackle boxes, stringers, nets and other accessories.
  8. Bigfeets are biodegradable. Because they only eat natural things like garbage and twinkies they decompose quickly, including the bones. And their teeth are like sharks teeth. Rows and rows of them so if one falls out another replaces it. The native americans used Bigfeets teeth to make arrow heads and knives to skin buffalos and jackalopes.
  9. Yea, that's what she told the cops. Now she has a boat and a new boyfriend.
  10. Very informative. I didn't know you could tune a trolling motor.
  11. Same thing here only its a CHUPACABRA. Yea the legendary goat sucker (look it up) has been prowling my neighborhood for some time now. He has gone from attacking goats to eating garbage. Must be climate change. I won't let my goat out on trash day anymore just in case.
  12. I know a guy at the local flea market that does something like that. Sells packs of plastics with 1 or 2 missing and some of them have hook holes in them. Gotta be careful what you buy off him but he has some pretty good deals.
  13. A simple answer is it depends on water temps and water conditions. Usually its between 60 and 70 degrees of prolonged water temps with calm water levels. Floods and cold temps can shut down a spawn but it will happen again when the water levels come down and water temps go up.
  14. I have an older style Trion and I love it. Its my flipping and pitching reel because the drag is better than most.
  15. Fishing at dusk and dawn should get you bigger bites. Bigger bass tend to be more active in low light times. Just make sure no gators are around.
  16. Very clever. Just don't say it too loud or SK might hear you.
  17. Try looking on CL for used equipment. You can get some really good deals especially this late in the season. Good luck and good fishing. Btw nice canoe. Not many people have the skill or patience to build one themselves.
  18. Congratulations on the great finish.
  19. I use braid with no leader for jig and texas rig fishing in heavy cover like thick weeds, matted grass and heavy lily pads. No need for a leader in those conditions.
  20. Dang that is old school. I started fishing with lures using a JSM. Mostly caught pike and pickerel.
  21. I have found the same thing on many new crankbaits. Right out of the package they need to be adjusted. Its a shame especially for the price you pay for baits these days.
  22. One other suggestion besides the ones others have made is to get a canoe or kayak. Being on the water makes a huge difference. You can get to a lot of places you can't hit from the shore or a dock. Trust me. I spend time without a boat and its tough to catch bass from shore.
  23. I'm with you. Zoom super chunks are my go to trailer. I also have some 4in. zoom cross craws. I don't know if they make them anymore but they are good trailers.
