  1. I have the carbon fire reel and love it. Can be had for a song too
  2. I have three poles. Two baitcasters and 1 spinning. Mh. 7 ft and mm 6.5 ft the casters and mf 7ft on spinning. I want to utilize all three differently
  3. I can't found them either. Probably just going to have to bulk order from tackle warehouse
  4. Wacky catches mire fish, but I use it more as well
  5. It depends. I feel like 5 fish is a great day here, and anything over 2 lbs is a big bass. Indiana ain't big bass country for sure
  6. At one of my local lakes the carp have all but eliminated the bass population, reel in carp all day. 10 hours might lead to a bass or two
  7. Spinning gear isn't going to be efficient. You need a baitcaster
  8. I've been out at my Parents pond a bunch trying to hit a bass on a jig with no luck. The pond is like 1.5 acres surrounded by cOverage. Had luck with senkos and craws, but can't hit on a jig. I've pitched it heavily. The fish will hit on plastics, but not a jig. Very muddy water. Been throwing green or black and blue jugs with craw trailers. I am at a loss. I plan to throw nothing but a jig til I get a fish. Just need some help
  9. Exactly what I did. It doesn't work
  10. If anyone wants to try it. It doesn't work.
  11. flukes, craws, and senkos.
  12. THe big plano box for spinners and buzzbaits sits up right. it is great for a boat, but it takes up a bunch of room in a tackle box. I use a cd case for my spinners, and a trays for my buzzbaits. works well
  13. it is either bad line or a bad knot. Ive seen both recently. That spider wire ez braid is junk.
  14. maybe the most aggressive eaters I've found. these little guys will hit on anything
  15. A short rod for frogging will be good to go. NO quite the distance of a 7'+ but from the bank a 6 or 6 1/2 is good
  16. I really like the wacky rig. I am going to bring out some 3/0 circle hooks for us today. I think they might hook up on them well
  17. Secret 7 for channel. Cut spipjack for blues. Live bait for flat
  18. Lews reels are my personal favorite. Something in the 2500 size would be perfect
  19. Fluke weightless
