Lost all my Tackle where do I start?
I'd I had to start over and needed to keep it cheap id say fish the 3 water columns. Top, middle and bottom Spook in bone is my favorite top water Square Bill in shad pattern 1.5 size And senko in green pumpkin for Texas rigs, c dog, drop shot etc. So versatile If you didmt want to use crankbait I'd get chatterbait. I do lots it my fishing with just a spook, chatterbait and senko. They are a great combo to cover lots of needs.

Texas Rig Peg Or Not?
Almost never peg unless it is a flipping lure. I will out a bead on most of the time though. I feel like it protects my knots better and it is something different than most guys are throwing. If I do peg it is with a rubber bobber stopper

Thinking about buying a whopper plopper
Very nice bait. The 130 is heavy like 1 and 5/8 oz. I'd fish it on a 7 to 7 6 heavy/ fast rod with 7.1;1 gear ratio. You can get away with 90 on a med heavy.

Any Pelican Bass Raider Owners Out There?
I've put about double double what I paid for my boat into accessories this spring, but I think it should make it more "fishable" really ready for spring I plAn on just using my tackle warehouse backpack this year. I don't carry lots of year in this boat either, due to limited spAce
