  3. 5 -7 a trip on my home lake is average.i do know of a lake up here where 50 a day is possible and happens often but the size is lacking.it depends on where you are fishing.some lakes are known for #s and some are known for size.el salto in mexico is known for both.to bad i live in ny. ;D

  10. the jury is still out on recoil guides.some guys like them them and some hate them.imho i would get the regular signature series with fuji titanium frame sic guides.imho they are the best guides made.
  11. there is no best.my favorite is bass pro shops johnny morris signature series.any rod recommended on this forum is going to be a quality rod.

  19. great idea r.w..i also think people shouldn't comment on equipment they have never used.people should at least try something before they comment on it.trying your friends stuff for a day would be a fair test.owning something for a year would be even better.

  22. i have seen braid twist when using internal tube jig weights all day but it doesn't ruin it like mono.it won't cause it to tangle up on you.to untwist you cut off your lure and let out the line then reel it back between your fingers.
  23. more sensative.i used it for a season and liked it a lot.other guys i know hated it.
