I think you are pretty much covered. Only thing left is replacing the heavy rod and getting a medium spinning rod for weightless plastics

I honestly believe i can launch a bait equal distances with spinning or casting. Im proefficient in both prefer spinning when bank fishing. I use braid and those lures go far. Specially frogs

Im dissapointed in this years icast. Improbably. I was expecting- 1. Lews ledge heavy spinning rod 2. Yum to bring back the 7 inch senko 3. Huddleston magnum bluegill 4. Teckel magnum frog 5. Keitech swing impact fat in 6 or 7 inch None of those were brought. Only thing im interested is the livetarget bluegill swimbait. But i really dislike livetarget lures so i might not even get it

My other hobby soccer. When i was growing up anybody who played in black leather boots was respected, you automatically knew they were good players. Now its hard to find a pair of black boots. I go to soccer stores to only find pink, neon green, orange and yellow boots. Its what the kids like now. I refuse to wear those and i pay a more money just to get me some black boots

I have 3 spinning rods and 3 casting rods. I use the spinning rods 90% of the time. The basically only use the casting rods for 1oz and heavier lures. If lews made a heavy spinning rod id buy it
