A 2.5" Rage Swimmer will be nice to have. The tiny Fat Impacts are great for small streams but get distroyed so quickly.

I know Duckett is working on a new high-end rod, the Black Ice. Not sure if it'll be at ICAST this year or not.

Bill Lewis is supposed to be releasing something "Ground Breaking".

 

Ike and Palaniuk have both stated that VMC is releasing a weedless Neko hook. Brandon used it to help him win the Sam Rayburn tournament. 

I'm guessing Abu is releasing a Gen4 Revo line, seeing as everything is on sale right now and it's been a few years since a Revo revamp.

I want to see what is at the Bonafide/Yakattack booths.

Ive gone to ICAST 15 years in a row now- Last year I walked around and its turning into an apparel store- Same old stuff with someone else having their  name on it. Nothing said i had to have it. What happened to people thinking and having innovation. Time for me to return from my one year off and get it done

I work in the trade show industry and am already scheming on how to get myself down there.  I have never done a show where I have had the slightest interests in the industry it's for, but man, getting paid to wander the floor at ICAST would be a real treat.

Just flipped through that Bassmaster article and a few things caught my eye.

 

1. A Curado branded rod line from Shimano.

2. A $650-675 rod line from Loomis/Shimano. Yikes!

3. A new Veritas.

4. A new line of Smoke reels from Quantum.

I'm wondering if the St. Croix Legend X is replacing the Legend Xtreme...

I can guarantee its going to be overloaded with new topwater baits.

Pretty excited about it personally. Couple of Zman soft baits I'm excited for too.

 

For the guys to the north, They're coming out with an awesome looking new line thru perch bait.

I wish it wasn't in Orlando. If it was anywhere else I would go this year.
