Carrot Stix
I believe this company drove their customer base away. I would look elsewhere.

Best Soft Plastic Craw?
The Rage Craw has become one of my favorite trailers. I have also fished it texas rigged and done well.

Fluorocarbon Line
For flipping I like 15lb Yozuri Hybrid or Invisx. Just an opinion, but I would look for another line besides vanish. It is one of the worst lines I have ever used.

Power Pro Braided Line Question
It floats and it is great line. I don't use it as primary line though. To me, it is more technique specific. I use it for any heavy coverage and punching.

Are The Expensive Rods Really Worth It?
Is a higher end rod worth the money? Yes but it does not mean you have to pay top dollar for it. Just like everything else, most high end rods go on sale or get clearenced out for newer models. Just keep your eyes open.

Reels
I have never been a fan of house branded reels or reels with somebody's name on it. With that said, the Pro Qualifier use to be a "one and done" reel. Meaning, you fished it for a year and it was just about toast. I base this on an old fishing buddy that would buy 5 new ones every year at the annual BPS sale and use them for tournament fishing. He worked/abused them hard but buy the end of the year, they would sound like coffee grinders and work when they felt like it. If the Pro Qualifier has become a good value, then BPS/Pure Fishing must have improved it over the years.

Imx Vs Last Gen Imx
I looked at one when the new ones came out and it reminded me of a St. Croix Legend Tournament, which is not a bad rod, but they felt more alike than the new and old version IMX's when compared to side by side. It felt heavier and just didn't have that "magic wand " factor that the older version does. It was kind of let down.

Best Braid You Have Used

The Definitive Answers
There are tons of repeat questions on this forum (and on most forums for that matter). It seems there is always someone whom answers the same way to popular questions and it goes something like this..... "That question has been asked a million times. Why don't you learn how to use the search engine?" My thoughts on this is, sometimes it is nice to just discuss it in your own words and share your thoughts on your specific situation and politely suggest to check out the stickies.

Back Reeling
Not in years. The drag on today's reels are too good. If I ever go saltwater inshore again maybe but I don't think it is necessary for bass fishing.
-
For Those Who Use Backing...
It depends on the line. If it is a baitcaster with 12lb, I get about 3 out of a spool of FC and spinning gear maybe 2 with 6lb.

American Made Rods - Who Makes Them Now
If I am going to buy American, it is either G. Loomis or St.Croix.

Pro Bowl
I did watch most of it and it was like watching flag football. I get these guys don't want to get hurt but come on tackle somebody. It was cool to see guys that beat each other up, play like a bunch of friends in their dads back yard. They had fun but it should be a show case of the leagues talent not the lack there of.

Lizard Questions
I fish them either T-Rigged or C-Rigged. They work great when fish are just plain angry or on beds but really I have caught fish with them almost anytime. Any dark color works for me. I prefer the Zoom Lizards. I have tried other brands but these work the best.

Best Line And Pound Test For Senkos And T-Rigs??
10lb Yozuri Hybrid with some KVD line conditioner.

Pricing Out The Average Angler?
I have looked for a cheaper hobby but each time I try the toys just keep getting more expensive. With the gear and stuff I have purchased thus far I could stop buying fishing equipment today and probably fish until the end of days with only buying hooks, line and soft plastic.

Jerkbaits
If I had to choose one I would say the x-rap but truthfully I don't care for either one.
-
Taxes....
No, I still got a good refund but the way the taxes are structured now the standard deduction is all a normal family can take.
-
Pro Bowl
Is anybody watching this thing? It is pretty low on effort as usual but at least they are trying to make it exciting.

Poor Luck With Super Fluke?
I mixed results with these. I have better luck with dark colors though. Water color does not matter.
