Value Fluoro
I haven't had great experiences with Red Label. I really like SeaGuar's InvizX and use it exclusively now.

Lake Nockamixon?
I went last Sunday the 17th and it was super crowded. One of the first great weekends to be out there, not ideal for fishing but good to see the park and lake full of smiling faces. I didn't have any luck but a buddy of mine hooked up with 8 or so good fish before 10AM. All deep cranking 10-15' right around three mile.

Swimming a jerkbait
I always have success swimming jerkbaits, especially in shallow ponds and reservoirs. I have the best luck with jerkbaits that have cupped bills like the Baker JLD and Jackall Squad Minnow.

Straight flourocarbon
Got out again yesterday, and the 14lb Sniper is still difficult to manage. I used KVD Line and Lure the night before and the hours leading up to. I spent more time pulling out backlashes and adjusting my brakes than I did fishing. I don't experience this issue with InvisX at all. I have it backed by 12lb Mono, and it seems like when I throw it the Fluoro just flares up almost all the way to the backing no matter how tight it is spooled. Is 14lb test (.0122 in.) too heavy of a line for a Medium/Fast rod and jigs+trailers adding up to ~3/8 oz?

Talk me out of a Mojo, please.
Nothing wrong with a mojo at $70. Even if you don't like it you'll be able to recoup at least $70.

Straight flourocarbon
I recently made the switch to fluoro for my jigging and crank rods. I went with 14lb Sunline on my jig setup and I have also had some backlash issues. I use the KVD line conditioner but maybe I haven't been using it liberally enough. It has gotten considerably worse on cold days. I do not have any issues with the 12lb InvisX I use for cranking.

That's quality customer service right there. How much do these swim baits run?- Favorite Flat Sided Crankbait?
Love the Little John. Great bill, great hooks, great colors and that slow float is killer.- Top Squarebills
I like the KVD 1.5 but so far this year I've had more luck with the 1.0s. Just bought a bunch from SFT in natural and orange bream, natural shad and db craw.- Baitcaster for under $150
Lews TP- Cork Seal?

- Trying out new lines this year
InvisX has some stretch, works well for my cranking needs.- Still hating fluorocarbon!
25lb shooter! You're fishing with copper wire man. You need to pick a lighter duty line.- This is the number one fishing line period!
Sniper.- Is there much use for a Medium/Moderate CB rod for Bass?
That's a great rod. M/MF is ideal for squarebills and smaller jerkbaits - R.i.p. hinkle shad... so devastated
